Facilities and capacity
The facilities found at the Americana Resort include the Grande Ballroom which can be divided into two separate spaces (North & South), but combined has a capacity for up to 700 guests. The Niagara Room can seat 100 guests with a dance floor and head table.

The Niagara Room was amazing! The wedding turned out! We did both our ceremony and reception in the same room and it was absolutely beautiful food was amazing and we got nothing but compliments about our night and how beautiful it was!

Incredible from beginning to end
I can not rave about the staff enough. They were amazing to work with, very professional and so attentive. They did everything they could to make our experience great. We booked our venue just before covid and had to postpone twice before our big day. They helped ease our anxieties and helped us to get a perfect day for us. I would recommend to anyone. The antipasto and the after glow were my favourite parts so good.

The perfect Venue
The Americana allowed our wedding dream to become a reality. All the staff were accomodating and friendly providing exceptional service. This includes everyone from the sales department at the beginning of the process, right down to the servers on the night of our reception. Service was quick and professional, food was delicious and bar service was quick and efficient. The whole team did an amazing job. The night ran smoothly from start to finish and we could not be more happy with our venue choice. Having the option for our guests to stay in hotel rooms was also a huge bonus. Many people took advantage of this option which allowed everyone to let loose and have a great time!

Best decision we ever made about our wedding!
Choosing the Americana was the best decision we ever made about our wedding. Not only was it the perfect venue it came with two absolutely incredible individuals who helped plan the most beautiful wedding we could have imagined. Lori and Erin made our day perfect and took away any stress that came with the wedding reception. We can not imagine our wedding planning journey without them and we are beyond grateful for all that they’ve done. They go above and beyond and you truly feel how much they care about making your day special. There is no doubt that they were the perfect choice for our wedding.

Blown Away
Now that things have settled a bit, I cannot express how impressed Ii was with our entire experience working with the Americana to make our wedding a reality. From signing with Erin, to then meeting with Lori who helped us first timers with pretty much no wedding experience (even as guests) she helped us plan, with questions to answer then met with us to go over these questions.
Recommended list of vendors was given to us.
They did set up and tear down. We had to put on the centre pcs, favours, deco's in the reception hall that we wanted ( we had minimal; just on the tables.) We decorated the arch to have for the ceremony.
Lori was always a call or email away for questions or to reiterate something.
Lori helped orchestrate our ceremony and handles our cake and music vendor's.
The reception blew our minds. The wait staff were on point. Quick and efficient, noting to slow down if needed between courses, but personable chatting with guests. Stephanie the banquet supervisor was amazing, keeping us in the loop regarding anything that was required. We had a kids table and she served them as we had the family platter style dinner and even found a playpen for my MOH to lay her baby down if needed.
Everything that you get for the price per person is totally worth every single penny and I would book then over and over again if I could get married that many times! LOL
We seriously had no complaints and neither did any of our guests
I will def be booking them in 10years for our vow renewals.

Everything we dreamed of and more!
We cannot thank the Americana, the owners, Lori, Erin and all of the staff for their continuous help in making our dream wedding a reality. They were very easy to talk to and organized all the days leading up to the wedding and on our special day! The service was outstanding, everyone was extremely polite and helpful! The food was out of this world, all dishes were served hot and the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations! Everyone is raving about the amount of food and how delicious everything was! We are so happy we chose the Americana for our special day, everyone treated us as if we were Family! We thank each and every person at the Americana for making this day the best possible day ever! We would recommend the Americana a thousand times over, because of them our day was everything we had hoped for and imagined!

Our wedding was perfect! Was responded to promptly while planning, and any concerns or questions were solved. Great service from all involved in the wedding & catering department. The resort itself wasn't ready to accommodate our guests to check in though until 6pm though, which was really frustrating and disappointing.
