We had a great experience planning our wedding with the Americana. Lori and Sarah were readily available throughout the planning process. We received so many positive comments about the food, and service throughout our wedding day. The food was amazing, and the day went seamlessly. We are thankful to all the hard working staff at the Americana! -

Great service
We had a great experience dealing with Lori in sales, Monique from the linen company, Sarah the wedding coordinator and Gary in food and beverage. The Americana was able to handle several special dietary restrictions on various tables. Our venue was tree nut, peanut, seafood and fish free. They accommodated additional guests who required children's, vegetarian and dairy free meals. No one left hungry. The stuffed chicken, mashed potatoes, and carrots were delicious as our main course. The charcuterie trays and late night poutine were big hits for many people. Being able to do everything onsite worked great for us. My papa was able to be included in everything without being transported by a chair van. The bartender was great. We had several people comment on how friendly she was. We were in the Niagara room and it was perfect for a small wedding. We didn't want a traditional wedding and wanted more of an intimate party vibe and that's exactly what we were able to accomplish. At the end of the night all we had to do was leave. All of our decor was put away for us and all we needed to do the next morning was load our cars When we went back to our room we were surprised to find champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We really had a fantastic experience. -

The Americana did an incredible job from beginning to end with our wedding. They were always quick to respond, and very helpful when it came to our many, many, many questions! They worked very close with us in bringing our dream to reality. The food was exceptional and they were more than happy to help us with our more personalized menu. The space was luxurious, with plenty of room for everything we needed. The staff were always so kind, not only to my husband and I, but went above and beyond for our guests as well. We definitely recommend Americana as the place to be for your dream come true wedding. -

The Niagara Room was amazing! The wedding turned out! We did both our ceremony and reception in the same room and it was absolutely beautiful food was amazing and we got nothing but compliments about our night and how beautiful it was! -

I can not rave about the staff enough. They were amazing to work with, very professional and so attentive. They did everything they could to make our experience great. We booked our venue just before covid and had to postpone twice before our big day. They helped ease our anxieties and helped us to get a perfect day for us. I would recommend to anyone. The antipasto and the after glow were my favourite parts so good. -
