Proposal Perfection - What were you wearing?

I was unshowered and wearing PJs. My fiancé proposed just the way I wanted; low key, just us, nice and simple. It was actually the morning of his company Christmas party, so we had free champagne all night because they cover the entire bar tab every year😉

NOT Fancy. I was bundled up in my winter best to stay warm for the sleigh ride.

Sweats and a T-shirt, having just woken up Christmas morning.

My fuzzy pajamas that have bears printed on the bottoms and the top says "Bearly awake". I love that a pun was involved in the proposal, if unplanned

Probably sweat pants... we were basically walking around an animal conservation park and it was late.

Pretty dressed up. I had a feeling it was coming, but we also usually dress up to go to the 12 Days display, it's an annual special date night.

I was definitely not looking cute when FH proposed. He popped the question early in the morning, as I was getting ready for work. I had my hair in a messy bun, no makeup, mouth full of toothpaste, still wearing my PJs. I would not change a single thing.

It was raining and cold in Iceland so we were in splash pants and raincoats. The height of Columbia fashion

We were all bundled up in our winter stuff! It was February in Germany!

Probably jeans and a sweater. We weren’t doing anything special

I was told we were going out for dinner at this really nice place to celebrate my birthday (late) but I had to go to the barn first to pay board (which is actually where he proposed) so i was in a nice dress but with my tall barn boots under it instead of my nice shoes lol makes for interested pictures

I was wearing a black lacy romper and black sandals, we were out on the town bar hopping. I looked cute though!

I was dressed up because we had a.photo session coming up

I was in nice clothes I just hadn’t been given a moment to take my think winter jacket off 😂

I was wearing literally the grossest pair of sweat pants I owned 😂 an old t shirt and my hair was a hot mess lol.

We were both wearing swimsuits and cover-ups since we had just spent the day at the beach. We changed into some fancier clothes for going out to dinner at an Italian place - the gave us lemon cello shots on the house to celebrate with!

I think I was in pyjamas because I was sick, but I changed into a dress afterward for dinner.

I had a feeling it would happen that day, so i made a point of looking nice - a simple sundress and a jean jacket

I was wearing black leggings, an oversized pink sweater, white sneakers, and sunglasses. I really wish my mom (who knew about the proposal) had told me to put on a dress!

When I look back at the pictures I laugh and wish he waited like an hour lol.

It was after a long day at the beach, all sandy, full of sunscreen, sweaty you name it. I just had a cover up on and a hat.

I don't remember, honestly! Probably something business casual, since we were heading up to a fancy lodge for afternoon tea.

We were actually dressed up really nicely cause we went to a fancy restaurant for our 4th anniversary! Dress and heels and he was in a nice suit and tie!

I was in a bathrobe since it was 3:30 in the morning lol.

I literally have no idea, probably pj's or something.

Hiking gear. He had me go into his backpack for what I assumed would be water and there was the ring box

Omg so embarrassing. I had worked late that day and he had gotten off early. So I was on my casual work clothes (shabby jeans and sweater). I so badly wanted to have a shower and change but he was so nervous he couldn’t wait to propose any longer. So I wasn’t wearing ideal clothing but it was a totally ideal moment!

Honestly, I was in Mickey Mouse pyjamas . Though we got engaged in April it happened to be the day of a crazy ice storm so it was snowy and freezing. When we got home I was so chilled and he told me to go put on my warm pyjamas. This also gave him the opportunity to set up the proposal while I was changing in the bedroom.

We were both wearing our winter gear! lol December 30th in Winterpeg is quite cold!!

But I also remember wearing my hoop earrings for him because he loves hoops!
