Professionally and without compromise, your 'Reception Essentials' are put in place and your personal touches are installed to accentuate it all.

Have your bridal party or family with you for the full experience with no running around to do; everything is here for you including the incomparable Bride's Day of Suite, and Scotch Den for the Gents! Before or after your rehearsal you can enjoy the saltwater pool and touch up that tan on the expansive deck, or take in a soothing hot tub in the lead up to the Big Day. The North Lawn sets a welcoming tone for your guests and within the first few steps the WOW factor is already evident! For your nuptial celebration, choose from the two tier Wedding Bowl or Lower Lawn with shoreline background for your Ceremony. Move poolside for your Post Ceremony Cocktail Reception, where weddings of up to 60 guests may also enjoy the formal dining aspect of their event. The Lower Lawn is ideal for up to 120 guests for dinner and our grounds offer incredible flexibility to be interpreted in many ways.

Your package includes Day of Rooms, Arbor & Ceremony Seating, Reception Marquee Tent, Chairs, Dining Tables, Centrepiece LED Lights, Linens & Napkins, Place-settings, Cutlery, Wine & Water Glasses/Decanters for Dinner Reception, Wine Barrels, Exclusive Wine Barrel Boards and Service Utensils, and a growing inventory of lawn games, sundry decor & furnishings that clients may wish to avail themselves of...and we do all the Basic Set Up & Take Down too! Shuttle service is included for timely and safe guest arrival and departure. We will also set up your bar and provide bartending services. Couples will realize substantial savings by being able to bring in their own alcohol, mixes, garnishes & ice, and not paying bar prices per drink. Our approach saves you precious time and takes care of a lot of the big expenses, also relieving you of the event aspects that are NOT so much fun! You only need to look after 'personal' decor items such as flowers, signage/menu/name cards, photo displays & seating plan for instance.
