The venue is absolutely beautiful — we really loved it and were even willing to be flexible on our date just to make it work. I had emailed Earla ahead of our tour asking about specific dates, but only got partial answers. At the tour, neither the planner nor the person showing us around knew what dates were available.

Afterward, we were told none of the Saturdays we’d asked about were open. When we followed up about Fridays instead, the response was vague (“some Fridays in each month”) and made it feel like they weren’t too concerned whether we booked or not.

As locals, it’s disappointing to feel brushed off by a family-run business. The venue is stunning, but the lack of communication and organization was a real letdown

Alex & Emilie are amazing wedding coordinators, they make sure that everything goes off without a hitch and they go above and beyond to ensure that you and your partner don't have to worry about a single thing but saying "I DO" on your wedding day!

The food was outstanding!! Every single guest was blown away by their meal at the wedding, even individuals with gluten, lactose and other allergies were taken care of without their food experience being compromised! Chef Adriano and his team are exceptional!

Though the venue space and location is beautiful, dealing with the owner here is a nightmare. Unresponsive and inflexible, and demands that your wedding fit into their parameters with little flexibility. We booked a wedding here, confirmed with them multiple times that the date was available, had a fully executed contract, and then they sent an email (they didn’t even have the decency to call us) to tell us that they had to reschedule our wedding. We had already sent out invitations, had family arranged to come from far distances, and arranged our photographer. This news was devastating to us and forced us to cancel our wedding date, and now we are stuck until 2025. AVOID!

I had my wedding at Stonewall this past weekend and it was everything I hoped for! Food was excellent, as well as all of the vendors included/associated with Stonewall. It is a beautiful venue and everyone complimented it throughout the night! Big Shout out to Emilie and Alex for being amazing and checking over every detail. 5/5 star experience!

We had such a wonderful wedding at Stonewall Estates!! The gardens are so well taken care of, the barn reception space is stunning, and the grounds have so many different elements that make this place special (ceremony space looking over the river, a private dock, vineyards, an orchard) The food was absolutely delicious and service was great through cocktail hour and dinner service. Alex and Emilie were flexible to making sure the event set up and flow of the day was exactly what we envisioned, and kept all of the logistics behind the scenes running so smoothly. Thank you for the most wonderful wedding day!!

I have to start by saying that my husband and I absolutely fell in love with Stonewall the moment we arrived. Not only is the entire venue AMAZINGLY wheelchair accessible, but the grounds are stunning and perfectly suited my vibe for an elegant “backyard” wedding. The music was phenomenal, as was the food- even though we missed out on eating all of our meal’s because of socializing!
Earla and Alex worked diligently and swiftly to work out some pretty big kinks for wedding season and we’re transparent the whole way through. Em and Alex made sure that everything was handled on our day, if there were issues we knew nothing about them. I have never felt more calm than right before I walked down the isle because they had it handled.
Our wedding was a lot more pricey than I had anticipated, but we found Stonewall to be pretty on par cost wise, including having to purchase wine.
Overall, our day was a dream, and all of our guests raved about Stonewall! Would highly recommend having your wedding or event here! Also their wine is great and they do tastings now!

We are SO happy that we chose Stonewall Estates as the venue for our May 2023 wedding for SO many reasons. Starting from the day we went to tour the venue, we fell in love - the gardens were beautiful, Earla was so kind and welcoming, and the space just spoke to us. It honestly could not be beaten. Between Earla, Alex, and Emilie, everything went off without a hitch - they were very responsive via email or phone at all times and made us feel calm when we needed it. They answered all of our questions very clearly and gave us all of the information we needed to help with vendor decisions and more to ensure we were on a good timeline. Although there was a small bump with our food tasting, the team responded so quickly and made everyone feel comfortable, knowing there would be a prompt second tasting - and everything went perfectly. Our final meeting went so smoothly, and it really solidified that the team was on the same page as us being at 10 days pre-wedding - this added SO much comfort to the final planning days. Our rehearsal went accordingly to plan, Alex and Emilie ran us perfectly throughout our ceremony and decor drop-off was so easy, knowing we were both on the same page. And the WEDDING DAY - just wow, everything was perfect - the decor setup done by the venue was exactly as planned, the gardens and layout were perfect, the team was so on top of everything, so calming, and so supportive, and everything from our first look, to the ceremony, to music, to cocktail food/drinks, to the whole reception went so smoothly - we were SO happy. Almost every guest I talked to commented on how beautiful the venue was, how tasty the food was, and how kind and organized the staff was - which is exactly how we felt. We could not be more happy with this venue and the team. Thank you again!!!

Our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect, Alex and Earla and who whole team at Stonewall run a tight ship. You can be assured your wedding will go smoothly. They are so kind and so helpful and you can tell they love what you do. All our guests were raving about our wedding. Also the pictures of stonewall estates don’t do it justice. In person is it so beautiful.

After visiting Stonewall, I stopped looking at other locations for our wedding. The landscape and beauty of the area require little to no decor to make our wedding beautiful.
Everything about this venue is perfect. Alex and Megan, along with Chef Alli and all their staff went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of, and exactly as we wanted. The simplicity of having the Dj, Catering, and some of the florals included in our contract made Stonewall an easy choice!!

The venue is beautiful, with lovely gardens. The entire ceremony was completely in the open sun for many. Those of us with a little shade were lucky. The servers and food were good but the sound system was awful. We were seated on an edge of the room and heard NOTHING of any of the speeches…we were lucky if we heard a word or two. Apparently the acoustics were better in the washroom!!
