Loft Country Weddings & Carriages

Loft Country Weddings & Carriages is a rustic wedding venue located in Langley, British Columbia. Just outside the city of Vancouver, you and your guests can enjoy the tranquility and charm of the countryside while remaining close to a wide range of metropolitan comforts.

With beautiful farm scenery, romantic horses and carriage rides, and our unique Old West setting, Loft Country offers a truly memorable backdrop for your wedding day. Whether you are planning an intimate celebration or a larger gathering, our goal is to help you create a wedding that reflects your vision.

Facilities and Capacity

Our Wedding Venue Rental begins at $6,500 + GST and provides the essential spaces and features needed to bring your wedding day to life.

Couples can choose between an outdoor ceremony on our picturesque lawn or a ceremony surrounded by the charm of our Western Town. Receptions are held indoors in our Main Building, featuring a rustic barn-style backdrop and space for up to 150 seated guests.

Your venue rental includes tables and chairs for both the ceremony and reception, a rustic wooden wedding arch, a signing table, access to covered areas or the Western Town for cocktail hour, lawn games and playground access for families, and beautiful on-site washroom facilities.

The property also features get-ready rooms for the wedding party, ample free parking, and a variety of Old West-style buildings and farm scenery that create countless opportunities for memorable wedding photos.

Customize Your Wedding

Every wedding is different, so Loft Country now offers a flexible approach that allows couples to start with the venue rental and customize their day with the services and upgrades that matter most to them.

Optional add-ons include:

  • Horse and carriage bridal ceremony entrance

  • Rustic wooden church pews for ceremony seating

  • Tablecloths and chair covers

  • Audio and video equipment

  • In-house DJ services

  • Bar and bar service

This flexible approach allows you to create a celebration that suits your style, priorities, and budget without paying for services you may not need.

For couples who prefer a more hands-off experience, all-inclusive wedding options may also be available upon special request. Our team would be happy to discuss your vision and help create a package tailored to your celebration.

Beautiful farm but…

I would have loved to book this venue but unfortunately I was ghosted multiple times by Janet when requesting to book a time to sign contracts and general questions. After viewing the property, it was months of not hearing back from Janet. I had a list of questions she just never answered via text. Months later, I had texted again to set up a call to reconnect. A few weeks later, when inquiring about signing a contract, she said she’d be away during the dates we were available. When I messaged back with alternate dates to meet, I didn’t get a response. (And I still haven’t) Additionally when I requested a list of “extras” in the beginning as well as in our most recent phone call, I was told I’d have it emailed to me twice but it was never received. Very unfortunate as I was keen to have this venue, the farm is beautiful, inside is massive and gorgeous. Lots extras for everyone of all ages. This would’ve been a wonderful fit for my family but unfortunately it just didn’t work out and we had to seek a venue elsewhere.

Country Fun Wedding

I'm so happy we chose Loft Country for our wedding venue. Our wedding coordinator, Janet, was such a gem and went above and beyond to make our day special. All the folks at Loft Country were super nice and had a common goal of making our wedding a success. They also have so many cool and unique features to have as part of the wedding. If you appriciate a bit of country and down-to-earth super-awesome people, this is the place to go!

Dream wedding

I will start by saying that our wedding took place during the pandemic where the different stages of the reopening changed about four times. The venue and Janet were extremely flexible to ensure we were able to have the wedding of our dreams (within the restriction limits). Our plans started at 110 people, to 10, to 50 and back to 100. The venue was willing to accommodate it all.

Most of our guest said it was the funnest wedding they’ve ever been too. How could it not be with bumper cars and cotton candy. Everyone had a great time.

The place does accommodate a lot of other things, like a kids camp, that could be hard to when planning your wedding but the site was cleaned of all of that the night before. Everything turned out great.

It really was the wedding of our dreams and we couldn’t be happier.

Perfect Wedding for these crazy times

We had an intimate wedding at Loft Country on March 20 2021 and I couldn't imagine a more perfect place to tie the knot! Loft Country is first and foremost a children's camp but they offer an all inclusive wedding package at an amazing deal. Janet is the coordinator at Loft Country and she is a dream. The western town is beautifully kept and provides story book like background for a fairy tale wedding! I was brought to our ceremony site in a horse drawn carriage and felt like a princess! Janet and her friendly, hard working team were so positive, creative and flexible when we had to change our wedding plans due to pandemic related restrictions. We ended up having an outdoor ceremony only and packed reception dinners for guests that stayed in their vehicles and watched us get married via live stream. Janet was quick to respond to any questions I had and worked with my vendors to organize things and give me peace of mind. The prepared food was delicious, with many options. I really could not ask for more and would highly recommend Loft Country!

Went from sure to absolutely not

I had seen this venue and had my heart set on it as there aren’t my farm reception venues they are close enough for everyone to get to. While the host of the tour was super nice!, it all felt super unprofessional.

There was no preparedness for the tour or organization and instead felt like an on the spot spiel. I drove 40 minutes to get there and as mentioned, SUPER sweet, but not professional. Things to NOTE if you’re looking here before you travel there are:

- the indoor reception venue is basically a large room with a stage, the barn feel is the backdrop of the stage and does not represent the room. Cement floors also. Seems unfinished or just lack of care.

- stage lighting like at a concert

- there is a giant boxing ring and lots of storage fillings the room out of season, so when booking a tour out of season, don’t expect a vision

- the bar is tiny, no way could you have 150 people all being served from that bar

- there was no information given upon arrival for tour, in regards to what is offered, other than the fact that the tour organizer does “it all”. No photos (unless asked and then basically looking through old photos on her phone), no price guide although it is emailed to you, no information package.

- the town is super cool - that is all.

- the pricing guide says all inclusive for about 16,000$ , but showing up I still had no idea what I was paying 16k for... I will now be choosing another vendor for 18k as I would rather pay more with informative spending, proof of previous events and professionalism.

I am super disappointed that a day already stressful could feel like more of a money grab than this place. This is not a rustic wedding venue. It is a farm that charges an arm and a leg because they have a cool western town.

Excellent Venue and wonderful staff!

Our experience with Loft Country was absolutely the best! The staff were amazing to coordinate with and they were truly accommodating with us in making our special day even more special! We felt so much warmth from each and everyone working there and we couldn't have chosen a better venue to get married at. We most definitely recommend them for your special day!
