At Easter Seals Camp Horizon, your wedding is more than just a day — it’s an experience. Our customizable wedding packages allow you to design a celebration that reflects your vision, whether that’s an intimate elopement, a micro-wedding, or a full weekend gathering with family and friends.Our wedding packages may include:

• Exclusive use of your selected ceremony and reception spaces
• Guest chair setup, signing table, and wooden ceremony arch
• On-site host for the duration of your event
• Banquet tables (round and rectangular) and table cloths, dining chairs
• Tableware, glassware, and flatware
• Serving equipment including chafing dishes and trays
• Built-in dance floor (Main Hall)
• Podium, microphones, speakers, and ceiling projector
• On-site accommodations for guests

We also offer in-house catering, beginning at $45 per guest, with buffet or family-style service options. Our culinary team is more than happy to work couples to create a customized menu and to craft a dining experience that feels refined, welcoming, and deeply personal.
