Nestled on the shores of Lake Simcoe, ClearWater Barn is a 30 acre farm wedding venue in Willow Beach, Ontario.

This charming country setting is robust with local history along with modern amenities for couples who wish to make this elegant, picturesque site, the foundation for their special day. We welcome all couples to our venue as if they were family! Since 2016, our 180-year-old organic, Reed Farm has been transformed into a working educational hub that advocates for the future of farming. With greenhouses brimming with fresh produce and flowers, beautiful ceremonies can be easily orchestrated steps away from the timber barn or under our rustic pergola with Lake Simcoe framing the backdrop.

Event Facilities and Capacity

ClearWater Barn has both indoor covered, and outdoor, uncovered spaces to hold wedding events. The timber frame-style barn combines a beautiful modern farmhouse design with an outdoor patio. There are a variety of locations to host both open air ceremonies and to position a tented celebration.

Services Offered

ClearWater Barn hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners. A couple's venue rental fee includes access to in house A/V as well as the use of the 100 car, onsite parking lot and a commercial kitchen. Couples are guided to select from the choices of in house caterers along with venue recommendation for additional vendors to complete all of your celebration needs. We are pleased to provide tiny homes for your use as a bridal suite.
