Cascade Tents & Event Rentals

I got married recently and requested a tent large enough for 50 chairs, two tables, a runner and an arch and the erected a tent which was way too small! Even the arch was too large at the lowest point of the tent and would have damaged my flowers. When I got to the venue, they forgot parts of the arch and no one was around. I phoned the company and informed them the tent was too small and erected too close to the fence, they did absolutely nothing about it and I was told that it was the renters responsibility to determine the size of the tent. One would expect that they would be subject matter experts on which size tent to recommend and I would have happily paid for the correct size tent. This is totally unacceptable and cause me a significant amount of anxiety on my wedding they. I have written a formal complaint and phoned them and their response has been passive aggressive. I basically paid for a tent I couldn't use and my guests had to sit in the hot sun. One of my guests has health concerns and was really struggling with the heat. They do not communicate with you at all on the day of the event and just take off not checking in if you are okay with the set up. There is NO way I would have been able to fit everything under the tent. I am still waiting for their response. Please do not use this company because they don't take any accountability and just take your money!

Amazing company to work with! We had a ton of last minute changes due to weather and Cascade was very accommodating for us. The customer service is unmatched (had tons of issues with other vendors) and the crew that set up for us was very nice!

Having a wedding in July you assume you’ll have great weather.. that’s what we thought.. the week before our wedding we looked at the weather and saw that it was going to rain. We quickly jumped on the phone/email with what seemed like every tent rental company in BC and decided to go with Cascade Tent Rentals. So glad that we did, they were professional and friendly and went above and beyond by removing patio furniture that was in the way. They did a great job setting up and tearing down.
