Look At Me Now is a personal training program that helps you or your bride become picture perfect in that wedding gown. Luke Logan is the personal trainer who will motivate you to tone, tighten and get in shape for your wedding day. Brides will have the opportunity to bond with her friends and relatives in the group training program specifically designed for wedding parties.
Brides and bridesmaids will be given a schedule of activities to do together. Trainer, Luke Logan, will mix and match packages so that brides and bridesmaids can bond and develop a support group and get each other into shape.

Having recently got engaged and being at the heaviest I had ever been in my life at nearly 200lbs and not stepped foot in a gym in 2+ yrs the thought of going wedding dress shopping terrified me all I could imagine is me being in the dressing room in tears. At the northlands bridal expo in jan I met Luke and decided why not give it a go. Luke is professional he works with you to find where ur at fitness wise. He listens to you to find out what you want and what motivates you and then works with you and continually encourages you to reach your potential by setting realistic targets/goals that are individualized to you. Don't get me wrong it's definitely not easy and you won't necessarily see a difference overnight it requires a lot of willpower and determination of yourself. I've seen a big difference in just the last 2-3 mths and I'm looking forward to going dress shopping and if there are any tears from me I know for sure they will be happy ones. I may not be at my ideal target for quite a few months but when I do it will be with thanks toLuke's support and advise but also importantly it will be done in a healthy way.Sent on 05/04/2014
I joined up with Luke for the online training and am still working through my plan. I find Luke to be very helpful and knowledgeable both from a training and a nutrition perspective. He takes the time to go over your exercise routines and your nutrition plan with you and makes sure you understand what you are doing. And he is readily available to answer any questions you may have. I have also attended a few of his boxing/bootcamp classes which are great workouts. He’s a great motivator and makes the classes fun at the same time!! I would highly recommend attending any of his classes.Sent on 07/04/2014
