Horrible Limo Service - Arrived Late & Wrong Location Dropoff
We booked a large bus to transport our guests at the end of the evening. They charged us a day rate and we told them to pick up our guests at 3 times (10pm, 11pm and 12:15pm) from the venue and drop them off at a hotel in Langley. The last shuttle was supposed to go to one hotel then have a second drop off at a hotel. At 10pm, there was no shuttle, it did not arrived 40 minutes late. Our wedding planner had to call the shuttle and organize this which took her away from our event. We had elderly guests waiting for a shuttle in our lobby for an hour.
On the last transport at the end of the night, the bus driver was informed by both the mother of the bride AND our wedding planner, the correct address for the 2nd hotel. The driver then brought them to the wrong Sandman in Langley, after being provided the physical address. This left many guests confused and upset because many were from out of town and were not familiar with the area. Taxis and Ubers were ordered because of all this mess when we paid for the transport to negate this.
When brought up with the company, they tried to deflect the occurrence by saying their driver said they arrived on time and there was no issue. Needless to say we had multiple witnesses that noticed there was no shuttle and call logs from our planner proving attempt to contact the company/driver. We also had witnesses for the incorrect drop-off I am unsure why a company would fight this with us. This clearly shows the companies poor integrity.
Once we provided proof of witnesses and call logs, they offered us 20% off future services... We have no use for limos or shuttles as this was our wedding and that is of no benefit to us. We asked for a partial refund and were denied due to "we do not issue refunds for services that have already taken place". This shows the company is here just to make money and does not care to look after its guests when they make very serious mistakes.
I HIGHLY recommend never using this company as they are unreliable, based on other reviews, they cannot arrive on time and make excuses, as well as put your guests at risk. STAY AWAY FROM QUEST LIMOS.
