We hired Driverseat Chilliwack for the transportation for our wedding. We were able to have a shuttle pick up myself and the bridesmaids early in the day and bring us to the venue for hair and makeup, then the groomsmen and groom closer to the ceremony start time. We also had another shuttle that would transport guests from the hotel block to the wedding venue until the start time of the ceremony at 4. The only issue we had was that the driver was supposed to have the last shuttle pickup from the hotel at 3:45 to ensure the final shuttle arrive at the venue for 4, but he ended up leaving early or forgetting about the last shuttle time and we had a large group of guests stranded at the hotel awaiting pickup. As soon as I heard wind, I called the shuttle driver and he went back to grab them and we had to push the ceremony and everything for the rest of the night by 30 minutes. Lastly, we had a shuttle starting at 9PM that would transport guests to and from the hotel until the end of the night at 1AM. Which was amazing, that last shuttle was a saint for many guests who wanted to leave the party a little earlier than the 1AM end of night. The pricing was great in my opinion for all of the different times and shuttles and the transportation services definitely made the day go so much smoother.
Our driver was Mani, and as a side note, I'm not sure if none of the drivers do this or if we just shouldn't have expected it, but there was no help for any of the elderly guests or bridesmaids with large bags and dresses. Usually, whenever I have had any sort of transportation services, the driver would help the guests load any heavy objects into the shuttle, or even help the elderly guests or guests with disabilities in and out of the bus. But with Mani, that was not the case. He seemed to enjoy watching us struggle. In other words, ask for another driver.
While booking, I had done all of my communications with Abby and she was amazing. Super friendly, super helpful and explained anything I was confused about extremely thoroughly. Thank you Abby! You made transportation easy for us!

Easy to book. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between service and chauffeur regarding pick up time. We ended up 1.5hrs late. They were flexible in changing our departure for the next trip.
