Kait was absolutely amazing throughout the process! She is personable, nice, funny and professional. Kait took over all forms of communication with my vendors 6 weeks prior, organizing and delegating to vendors ensuing a smooth day. The day of the wedding I was able to relax and have an incredible time with my husband, friends and family. She was able to take inspo photos that I sent her and execute decor and florals perfectly 😍 We had so many compliments on our beautiful the venue looked with the decor! From the very beginning, they were always available to answer my questions and even suggested vendors, including the one that provided the amazing food we had. Karoline and Wild at Heart Events were exactly what I needed to plan my wedding at The Loft at Earls. I felt so supported in the months leading up to our wedding. Even with a big bridal party and people offering to help, wedding planning can be lonely sometimes - Karoline and WAHE were there by my side every step of the way. With choices of day-of-coordinator, or full wedding planning, you can choose whatever suits your needs for what you need help with. It’s so helpful to have people who know the industry and can answer the questions that might seem obvious or easy to vendors, but completely confusing to a lay person like me. Highly suggest their services!

Kait is absolutely incredible and made our wedding date run perfectly and smoothly! From our first call, we were 100% confident that we were in good hands. Planning a wedding is so stressful and during the month leading up to the wedding I had a million thoughts running through my mind but Kait took care of all the little details and if there were any issues, we had no clue! Kait and her team (Karoline, Crystal) were exactly what my wife and I needed for our wedding day to be perfect. As we used them for the day of coordination, Karoline took over and executed our venue setup (UBC Boathouse) to what we wanted and more. She brought our vision to life and also brought her own experience and flare to make the reception hall even exceed what we imagined.
She went ahead and contacted all the vendors prior to so that everything would run smoothly on the day of. Her calm presence and suggestions throughout the ceremony, and early evening really helped our other vendors stay on track and helped everything run smoothly.

Wild at Heart was very receptive throughout the entire process to make sure our wedding included everything that we wanted. They were also great at bouncing idea's off of and were eager to share what works/doesn't work for ceremony/reception festivities.
