I don’t even know where to begin. Faith was our wedding coordinator for both the rehearsal and the big day, and I can honestly say she blew me away. She had everything under control to the point where I, the bride, was relaxed enough to do yoga in the morning and take my sweet time getting ready with my girls—even though there were still a million things left to do. She took it all off my plate without me even having to ask.
She led our rehearsal with confidence and authority. I can confidently say she has found her calling. She was organized, calm, and professional.
She communicated seamlessly with all our vendors, distributed final payments and tips, and somehow managed to absorb my binders of notes and just know exactly what needed to happen, when, and where. Every single guest and family member at our wedding made a comment about how grateful they were she was there.
What stood out most to me was that even when she thought everything was done and was finally enjoying herself on the dance floor, the moment something new came up, she didn’t hesitate. She literally stopped mid-dance move and handled it without missing a beat. That’s the kind of dedication you want in a coordinator. She also had this amazing balance of blending in seamlessly as a guest while still keeping everything under control. She was present, joyful, and part of the celebration, yet somehow always one step ahead making sure nothing was missed. It was absolutely incredible. I would hire her again and again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I cannot recommend White Iris enough! From the first meeting, Faith made us feel completely at ease and went above and beyond to make every detail absolutely perfect. She just gets it — she listened to what we wanted, gave us the best advice, and made the entire process feel fun instead of stressful.

Faith is an absolute dream to work with and we are forever grateful for the beautiful memories she helped us create. Not only is she insanely talented and organized, she truly cares, and that makes such a difference. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a coordinator!
