  Silent Ninja

  Jeniffer and her colleauge were astonishing. From the beginning, Jenifer went above and beyond with communication and organisation, ensuring the wedding ran perfectly and had all the elements that could be involved around our budget.
  
  On the day, we got positive feedback from various vendors, commenting on her being the most organised wedding planner they've met. During the event, she was on the ball, and other feedback received was that she made sure who was there to do their jobs and got them done.
  
  On the day, Jenifer was a Silent Ninja in the background (I barely saw her, except when she was helping instruct us the bride and groom)
  
  Everything went flawlessly, and I know who to thank.
  
  Jenifer and her team appreciate all your hard work, communication, and the care and detail you put into our wedding.

  Jennifer is wonderful!

  Jennifer was an IMPERATIVE help to us and integral to making not only the wedding day but also the weeks leading up to the wedding run smoothly. She came on board around 1 month before the wedding and was professional, incredibly sweet, timely with her email responses, and very efficient. She has obviously done this many times and knows the industry well. Can't recommend her enough, we couldn't have done it without her!

  One of the best wedding planning teams. We had a great experience with Jennifer. She is very professional, super responsive, and greatly helpful. Our wedding was a dream come true, and we don't think it was possible without Jennifer's help. Can't express how lucky we are to have Jennifer as our wedding planner. If you want to have a 5-star wedding experience and don't want to be stressed out in this tedious process, I would 100% recommend Umbrella Events to you. Happy wedding planning, enjoy every bit of it with your partner as it will be one of the major projects you did in life!

  They made our night exceed our expectations

  We were referred to Umbrella Events by an Icon in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and are so happy for the referral. One of us is in logistics so were already organized and had a Gantt chart started lol, but we were looking to hand over the entire décor piece to a planner. Our planner Ariel was amazing, and although we thought we had our bases covered, she was able to add important insight to make sure our i’s were dotted and our t’s were crossed and that we kept on schedule. Umbrella Events provided a list of preferred 2SLGBTQIA+ vendors and we ended up using a few which worked out brilliantly. When it came to her main role, which was looking after décor, she hit it out of the park. We gave her our vision and when we walked into the venue on the day of the wedding, she had executed it flawlessly. Additionally, she was on top of everything that night, coordinating with the catering manager at the venue, controlling the bar and the crowd during key moments, directing our entertainment, and everything was on point. The night exceeded our expectations thanks to Ariel and Umbrella Events We highly recommend them for anyone who wants some piece of mind on their special day, and a stellar event.

  Amazing Planner

  Ariel was our wedding coordinator and decorator, and did an incredible job. She replied to all my questions quickly and was on top of planning ahead of the wedding. And on the wedding day, I didn't have to worry about a thing, she organized it all and made the day perfect, and run smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better day. She also organized the decor, and it turned out beautiful.

  Responsive, enthusiastic team

  We hired Ariel at umbrella events for our wedding and had a great experience start to finish. She was responsive and extremely helpful as our day of coordinator and offered valuable insight throughout the planning process. Several guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ariel and we highly recommend her services!

  Cristie is the BEST

  We were sure immediately that we wanted to work with Cristie when we met her. She understood our vision for our wedding day, which we wanted to be unique to us. She never pressured us in any way, but always had suggestions and considerations ready to help guide us. We had to reschedule multiple times due to COVID and Cristie was there every step of the way, making it happen. On our wedding day, she ran everything so smoothly and helped us feel calm and excited all at once. I can’t recommend Umbrella Events enough. We had the best wedding ever because of Cristie!!

  Cristie from Umbrella Events was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding. Courtesy of COVID, she planned our wedding a couple of times over. She is so attentive, organized and such a pleasure to work with. She made the planning process and day of so seamless. Her experience is very evident when working with her and she has an extensive network of vendors to refer to.   I can't say enough good things about Umbrella Events as our wedding planner. We were lucky enough to work with Ariel who was lovely, professional, and helped us pull off the pandemic wedding of our dreams!
