We hired Bella as our day-of-coordinator at Erin Estate Weddings and are so thankful we did! We had two meetings prior to the wedding where she helped us create our day-of timeline and gave a lot of tips and advice on what works best while making our vision come true. She came to the rehearsal and worked effectively with our officiant and wedding party and used her knowledge of the venue to help us figure out small details. On the day of, she was calm and worked efficiently behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. She worked hard to fix all the small details that went wrong and I never had to stress or worry about what was happening. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend hiring her as your day-of-coordinator or for everything!

She knew exactly what questions to ask to fully understand our wants and needs for the day, and she absolutely delivered - our wedding day was low stress, in large part due to Bella's presence in keeping all the little bits and pieces under control. Our wedding is still in the works, but we can already tell it's going to go off without a hitch, thanks to 20 Event Planning. Bella was absolutely amazing.

We originally had another day-of-coordinator lined up that fell through, and Bella swooped in and saved the day. Not to mention, we were a COVID wedding, and with all of the last minute changes, there was a lot of "winging it" and no rehearsal!

Despite coming into the day on short notice, dealing with the chaos of Covid disorganization, and rain that ruined our original ceremony plans... Bella knew exactly what to do and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Bella helped us a lot when we were at planning phase by guiding us through problems of finding venders, assembling schedules, and figuring out wedding details.

And at the wedding day, she coordinated well with the vendors so we didn’t need to worry at all. Not to mention that she did a good job on keeping track on schedule, so when we were overwhelmed with stuffs, we still made the wedding smooth and with order.

We went with Twenty Event Planning for their month-of coordination services. Amanda is worth her weight in gold. She is an absolute angel. A guardian angel, maybe. Friendly, personable, but also all-business when it comes to making sure you're taken care of and having everything running on time. She did frequent check-ins to make sure we were happy, and advocated for me, making sure that I was ready to go ahead. I was struggling with some really awful sciatica in the weeks coming up to the wedding (mostly stress induced), and knowing that she had our backs, (and making sure that I felt comfortable taking breaks to stretch and bringing me water when I doing them in the back room) literally made the pain melt away. I was telling everyone who would listen, "Look, you gotta get yourself an Amanda." She even brought me a glass of water on the dance floor, without me realizing how thirsty I was.

Everything was set up perfectly, as well. Or at least, if anything went wrong, we sure didn't hear about it! She was instrumental in making sure that our wedding was a 20/10 party. Would recommend.
