The Best Wedding Planner!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Afzia for nearly two years to plan our wedding, and we can honestly say that having her by our side made the entire process so enjoyable, organized, and stress-free. From the very first meeting, she was welcoming, warm, and genuinely interested in our vision for the big day!
One of the things we loved most about working with Afzia was her perfect balance of offering expert suggestions and recommendations, while also respecting our ideas and vision. She knew exactly when to step in with valuable advice (like vendor recommendations) and when to step back and allow us to take the reins on decisions that were important to us. She helped us remain true to what we wanted while also guiding us through the process with ease.

Choosing Style & Elegance Wedding and Events was one of the best decisions that we made through our entire wedding process.

The best wedding coordinator!
I’m still floating on cloud nine after our incredible wedding on August 30th, and I owe so much of that to Afzia, our wedding coordinator. If you’re searching for someone who combines impeccable organizational skills with a genuine passion for making your big day perfect, look no further—Afzia is your dream come true.
From our very first meeting, Afzia’s warmth and enthusiasm were evident.
She listened intently to our vision, offering thoughtful suggestions that only enhanced our ideas. Her attention to detail is nothing short of magical. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, and every aspect of our wedding day unfolded seamlessly.
From the moment she checked in with us in the morning, I knew the day would be taken care of. I did not feel any stress at all. She kept everyone on time and if things weren't on schedule or she felt like we didn't need to do things, she made sure to check in with us and we truly trusted her to take care of the day. She was able to check in with us 10 weeks before our wedding. She helped with the itinerary and was very responsive to emails/messages. She led our rehearsal and it was smooth, just like our wedding day.
She was able to decorate the reception space with my vision. I walked in and it was absolutely beautiful. By the end of the night, all I remember was dancing and taking a photo with Afzia before she left. My husband and I had the best wedding day and it was all thanks to Afzia!!!
In addition, she took all the behind the scenes photos and videos. When she sent me the link to look through them, it was like I was in that moment again. I am grateful for these memories since we won't be getting our photos in a couple weeks.

Best day ever!
Afzia is absolutely wonderful! Nothing short of amazing
We have nothing but great things to say about Afzia and Style & Elegance. As our "month-of" coordinator, Afzia kept us on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and left no stone unturned when it came to planning our big day. She has a cheerful attitude, thorough process, thoughtful ideal and very calming presence that made the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception go smoothly.
With Afzia's help, everything about our wedding just seemed to flow effortlessly. We cannot thank Afzia enough for her help and would without hesitation recommend her to any couple looking for a helping hand making their wedding day a dream come true!

Stress free and amazing planning
Working with Afzia from March 2022 to September 2023 on her full planning package has been an absolute pleasure. I felt connected to her since our very first zoom call due to her outgoing personality. Afzia is knowledgeable and made our entire planning experience stress free. Absolutely Fantastic!
We met with Afzia in the fall of 2019 to start the process of planning a wedding. We didn’t know what we were doing so we thought it would be best to leave it to the professionals. We are absolutely sure we made the right decision after three pandemic related postponements we finally got to have our day at the start of 2023; it was perfect all because of her hard work. She truly is a professional.
On the day she asked us two questions: 1) are you ready to start?, and 2) we’re a little ahead of schedule, do you want to take photos with all of the guest tables? The second questions was an on the fly idea to fill a 30-minute gap before dinner that would have otherwise been a lull. Her quick thinking gave us a memorable moment as our guest thought up themes and made funny faces for the photos.
We had a fantastic day together where we could focus on each other because we knew that she was on top of things. She had detailed plans and acted as a hub for all of our vendors to connect. She was able to help us to understand the contracts we were signing with our vendors and helped us to find reputable ones that reflected our wedding style.
