We are beyond grateful for the wedding planning services provided by the incredibly talented Stacey Moran + team. She delivered a wedding that surpassed our wildest dreams, turning every moment into a magical experience. Her creativity shone through in the unique and heartfelt ways she included our guests, making each person feel truly special. Just one example is that my husband's mom is a florist, and of course she wasn't able to be our florist because we had a destination wedding (we live in Pennsylvania) and she had the amazing idea to let my mother in law put together the boutonniere for my husband. The florist delivered a little kit for her to assemble it. The moment made everyone cry.
Additionally, Stacey is well connected within the wedding industry in Quebec City and has a great network of vendors that she is very comfortable working with. I found this one of the most invaluable assets when working with her (especially living so far away and not knowing the area or the wedding scene). We got married at Chateau Frontenac and Stacey has extensive experience working with the hotel staff and venues within the hotel. With Stacey leading the charge, she ensured that every detail was flawlessly executed. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, and it's all thanks to her remarkable skills, vision, and dedication.

We could not have had our wedding without Stacey. After 2 years of rescheduling due to COVID, we finally had the most beautiful wedding of our dreams in Quebec City. She was our calm through the storm and never let any obstacle stop us. From organizing with our many vendors over multiple years, to keeping us/our family organized and taking our "South of France" theme and making it a reality - we are so grateful to have met her and recommend her to everyone :) If you want to have a beautiful and organized wedding - Stacey is your person!

Stacey's flexibility to accommodate us by facetime, call and text on evenings and weekends was amazing since we both worked full-time jobs, and also meeting in person wasn't always practical. We had some difficult vendors and Stacey was instrumental in negotiating the contracts and making sure we got what we wanted. When the reverend couldn't be there for the rehearsal, Stacey stepped in and thoroughly prepared us. She took our ideas and turned them into the wonderful wedding we dreamed of!

Stacey was our main point of contact fluent in both English and French. She went above and beyond to deliver us the most perfect day. She surprised me in little ways (peonies in our room, macaroons before the ceremony) and big ways with the most fantastic antique car that suited our day so perfectly. Stacey also got us some great rates for cupcakes and hair and when the rain came down on my beautiful garden micro wedding (8 hours before the appointed time), she secured us the next best space. Oh yeah... and when our dinner venue cancelled one week before, she fixed that too. Dark tower demolished! She’s got it covered.

Le défi lancé à Stacey était de taille: organiser un mariage en 11 semaines avec un budget assez modeste et à une date "hors-saison"
Elle l'a relevé avec brio, la journée était à notre image et nous avons reçu que des bons commentaires de nos invités.
Son soucis du détail nous a donné un grand coup de main et grâce à ces détails tout s'est déroulé de façon fluide au cours de l'évènement. Son travail nous a enlevé un grand poids sur les épaules et nous avons pu nous concentrer sur l'essentiel.

La vraie journée parfaite, celle que l'on n'oubliera jamais a été possible grâce aux précieux conseils de Stacey! Soucieuse de répondre à nos moindres désirs, elle a su relever le défi d'organiser notre mariage extérieur avec brio!
