About
I started Pure Dutch in 2014 and earned my certificate with Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. I started as a wedding designer, focusing on sourcing and setting up decor and florals. I then moved to Guelph and took on a Maitre 'd position with Pearl Hospitality where I coordinated 100+ weddings to build my knowledge and experience. I'm now happily offering day-of coordination through Pure Dutch.
Services Offered
Pre-Planning
- unlimited communication before the wedding
- 6-8 weeks in advance: virtual meeting to review all details of your wedding, including:
- vendor and venue contracts and expectations
- reveal and ceremony details
- cocktail hour details
- reception details
- accommodation and/or transportation details
Pure Dutch will then...
- create a detailed wedding itinerary
- become the main point of contact for your venue and vendors
- prepare your vendor itinerary and update as required
Wedding Day
- arrival 3 hours before guests, until dessert/first dance
- includes basic set-up (i.e. placecards, receiving table, guest favours, etc.)
- ensure all vendor deliveries are accurate
- manage and review expectations with on-site vendors and venue
- follow the agreed-upon itinerary for the day
- assist couple, bridal party, and family as needed
- line up and direct the ceremony (including music if needed)
- ensure meals are on time and accurate, while directing MC and speeches
- transfer of any decor (i.e. ceremony to reception)
- access to wedding kit
Further Services Offered
- lead ceremony rehearsal
- set up (arrival when venue opens)
- tear down (until 1 hour past venue closing)

Joline is fabulous
Joline was fantastic and ensure our day ran perfectly smooth. She is an expert in the industry and has incredible foresight and is extremely detail oriented. She is very responsive, professional and so helpful throughout the wedding journey. I felt so at ease on my wedding day knowing she had all the vendors, timelines, and little tiny (but very important) details organized, and I completely trusted her with my vision/dream of a wedding day.

Perfection
If you look for a wedding day were everything runs smooth, suppliers are perfectly managed and guests’ needs anticipated and met… look no further. Joline is working to very high standards, has eye for detail and oversight. Our day was perfect thanks to her. I highly recommend her.

I used Pure Dutch for wedding coordination and décor, and couldn't have been happier!!
From our first meeting, I knew I made the right choice. Joline was extremely organized, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I explained my vision (which was a combination of romantic and modern styles) and she just seemed to get it. Joline took all of my ideas and what I was looking for, and put together a package that included décor, rental sourcing, and day-of coordination.
Throughout the entire planning process, Joline was very responsive, resourceful and accommodating. Through her networks she was able to secure all the rentals I needed and stayed within my budget. I even had a few last minute requests that she was able to accommodate.
Thanks to Joline, I didn't have a single worry on my wedding day. She made sure everything went as planned, and worked behind the scenes so that everything was seamless. I was totally confident knowing she had everything taken care of, and we had the BEST day!
