Plum Stream Events is a boutique wedding + event planning company located in Burlington, Ontario. Jessica Ciprietti-Mills, owner + leading WPICC planner is truly dedicated to each couple she works with, focusing on the finer details to create their dream occasion. Jessica will guide her clients through the planning process in a calm yet warmhearted manner, putting them at ease from the very first consultation.

We primarily service the GTA, Halton, Hamilton + Niagara regions.

Services Offered

Our planning services range from full wedding planning to month-of coordination. Clients range from busy professionals with demanding jobs, couples that have the big things taken care of but need some additional support and ones that want to ensure their big day runs smoothly + stress free. We also offer consulting services, day-of styling and decor set-up + the planning of social celebrations such as bridal showers, engagement parties + rehearsal dinners.

Beyond amazing!

Jessica's attention to detail and services went above and beyond what we expected for our wedding day. She was a pleasure to work with. We trusted her completely leading into our wedding. And on the wedding day she executed everything perfectly.

Amazing Wedding Planner!

Jessica is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She has a great personality and is very pleasant to work with. Jessica was able to navigate every detail from start to finish. Awesome Wedding/ Event Planner - Outdoor Wedding Shower

Jessica and I are planning a Wedding Shower for our daughter and her fiance. It will be an outside gathering with approximately 80 guests. Jessica has made herself available to meet with the caterer, rental company, etc. She is a people person and is friendly, upbeat and fun! In terms of her business attributes, she is professional, organized and creative. I have appreciated her ability to listen to and work with our ideas while also sharing other choices/ alternatives to contribute to our special event. Jessica's sparkle and sense of humour will engage you. It is a pleasure to work with Jessica!

Professional, positive, service above + beyond!

Without Plum Stream Events, and Jessica, there is no way our wedding would have been as perfect as it was. 2020 was a very uncertain year, but Jessica kept up with all the regulations and ensured our wedding would be everything we imagined. She went above and beyond every step of the way, including the beautiful flower arrangement for our arbour. Thank you for giving us the perfect day to remember! J + C

Hi! I'm Jess.

I love social celebrations that bring people together.Human connection. Love, laughter, a stiff cocktail.

Working with me will allow you to streamline the planning process while avoiding unnecessary stresses or missteps. It will also allow you to stay on track money-wise + provide someone to delegate all those last minute tasks too.

When not planning, crafting, or dreaming of fancy tablescapes ...I am usually roaming the great outdoors with my husband Matt + husky/shepherd pup Scherzer. If I'm not doing any of the above then you'll likely find me balled up on the couch binging Netflix with a glass of vino. It really depends on the week :P.
