We hired Crystal for the “Design and Day-of” package, and from our very first meeting, we knew we were in the best hands. She is incredibly professional, organized, talented, and genuinely kind. Despite having an incredibly busy schedule, Crystal always made herself available to us and made every meeting feel like we were simply catching up with a friend. She took the time to truly get to know us, our personalities, our taste, and what was important to us. She then took our ideas and brought them to life in ways that were even better than we could have imagined.

Throughout the planning process, Crystal was incredibly prepared and detail-oriented. She always came to our meetings with thorough notes, quotes, design boards, and clear next steps. She made the entire planning process feel organized and, most importantly, stress-free. As our wedding day approached, she created a detailed final itinerary and communicated with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding the schedule and details.

On our wedding day, Crystal and her colleague Diana were there for the entire event and took care of absolutely everything. They handled all communication with our vendors, kept everything on schedule, ensured our payments were taken care of, and managed all the little details behind the scenes. Knowing that everything was being handled allowed my husband and me to completely relax and enjoy our wedding day. It truly took all of the stress off our shoulders, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

The design and décor were absolutely incredible. Our colour scheme was elegant, beautiful, polished, and still felt completely like us. We received so many compliments from our guests! Crystal also did an amazing job working within our budget. She was thoughtful about finding ways to utilize items our venue already had while sourcing additional pieces from other vendors when needed. Her extensive network of contacts was also such a huge asset. She connected us with an amazing florist who did an incredible job with our flowers, and we were thrilled with the result.

Crystal also designed and planned my bridal shower, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. She connected us with a fantastic bakery that provided the most beautiful and delicious desserts. The entire event was elegant, thoughtful, and perfectly reflected my personality and style.

What we appreciated most about Crystal was that neither event ever felt like a generic “luxury” event. Both were incredibly polished and beautiful while still feeling personal and authentically us. Crystal has a rare talent for taking someone's vision, understanding the people behind it, and turning it into something truly special.

Crystal is exceptionally talented at what she does, and having her by our side was one of the best decisions we made. Working with Angela was an absolute dream! She assisted with every single step of the wedding planning process. She was so kind and professional and knowledgeable. The Petals and Pearls team is absolutely amazing and I am so grateful I had them alongside us throughout the month of planning process. Especially during Covid times, these ladies made sure to check in with me and ask how I am doing, if there was anything they could do to help, which truly made me feel so confident in each step of this difficult time. My planners included Wassal, Marjan, Angela, and Martina.. these ladies are the best - so warm, funny, professional, considerate, and meticulous attention to detail. I was unhappy with my bouquet (from a different vendor) and Angela made SURE it was fixed before the ceremony. I cannot recommend these wonderful ladies and this company enough!

She was super fun to work with and brought the expertise that we needed to execute an upscale, 40-guest wedding in just 3 months.
