Having a month-of coordinator is a great idea, and having Madison from Opal & Oak is an even better one! To be honest, at first we were unsure about having a coordinator because of the cost; but they are worth every single penny! We had both Madison, the day-of coordinator, and Cynthia, who was in training, during our day and they worked wonders to make sure everything went smoothly! While I’m sure there were some hiccups throughout the day, we were oblivious to them because the ladies from Opal & Oak took care of everything flawlessly. If there was something that came up that required our input, Madison would ask me and then execute the task perfectly. They also took care of things that we didn’t even consider. We chose to hire a wedding coordinator so that ourselves and our parents could relax, enjoy, and be present for the day, and that’s exactly what happened because of Madison and Cynthia! Vendors came and went, and spaces were transitioned throughout the day, and we did not have to worry about any of it because we knew that everything was handled. Having communication with Madison leading up to the wedding made it so easy for us to know we put our wedding in trusted hands. Both of them are so friendly, organized, and helpful. We couldn’t recommend Opal & Oak anymore for their fantastic work!
