Hiring Kim was the single best investment in our wedding. We waffled about hiring a coordinator - asking ourselves if we should spend the money, isn’t this something we could do ourselves or ask a friend to help with? And I’m so glad we didn’t listen to those voices because Kim’s presence made all the difference.

I think having any wedding coordinator would be incredibly helpful and it’s now the one piece of advice I’m going to give every person I know planning a wedding. But if you’re lucky enough to have Kim as your coordinator? You’ve won the lottery.

Kim is one of the most genuine, kind, and considerate people I’ve had the joy of spending time with. She has the most reassuring, and gentle approach, but also makes the decisions for you when you need a firm hand to help out. Having her at our final venue visit was so helpful. She asked so many questions and confirmed so many details - the kind of awareness and attention to detail you can only have when you‘ve got the experience Kim does.

Our friends, family, and vendors could not stop talking about how helpful she was. From her friendly emails, to her incredibly detailed schedules, to her unbeatable attitude on the day of our wedding - a truly tall order considering our outdoor wedding was on a rainy and cold October day. I’m convinced her positivity is the reason the rain cleared and the sky opened up just in time for our ceremony.

She held space for us in the most amazing way, so we could be fully present and enjoy our wedding day, knowing that she was taking care of every single detail in the background, putting all of her energy into making sure everything was just as we had hoped.

She was non stop on the wedding day. From setting up our decor, coordinating every vendor arrival, to bringing me a sandwich while I was getting my hair done, because she knew it was the last calm chance I’d have to eat something. She thinks of everything, and most of all thinks of you ❤️

If you're considering a wedding coordinator, there's no one better than Kim. If you're wanting a stress-free wedding, hire Kim. I essentially wanted a coordinator to help with the flow of our wedding ceremony and reception, but Kim did exceedingly and abundantly more than that. With precise care and attention, Kim took to the little details during the set up of our wedding. Without her, my husband and I would not have been able to truly enjoy our day. But what truly sets Kim apart is her compassion and kindness. Conversations with her felt like chatting with a close friend. She encouraged open communication and welcomed our feedback and candid thoughts on every decision. This created an environment where we felt entirely comfortable and confident in the planning process.

Furthermore, Kim's husband is equally amazing. On our wedding day, he stepped in to watch our dog Hermes, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without worry. It's a testament to their incredible generosity and willingness to go the extra mile for their clients.

Kim's professionalism, creativity, and dedication transformed our wedding day into an unforgettable day. She is not just a wedding planner; she is a genuine and exceptional human being. She is someone I'd want to hang out with after my wedding day has long gone. There is this empty little hole in my heart of sadness knowing our wedding planning journey. has come to and end because I will miss her so much. It has been a crazy but wonderful ride! The décor Kim set up was beautiful (even better than I had pictured), the day ran smoothly, and Kim removed so much stress from us and our families so that we could fully enjoy the day. We had so much fun chatting with her and it really helped my fiance and I prioritize and plan and gave us a great start to our wedding adventure. She made the planning process feel so much more manageable and it felt like we were talking to a friend who also happens to be a wedding expert and knows all the top-secret tips and tricks! She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, what our priorities were, and who were were as people. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

As someone who is very independent, I didn't think of getting a Day-of coordinator, but I am so glad that I changed my mind and found Kim. Kim was so helpful in the months leading up to the wedding - you can tell that she is very knowledgeable and experienced. She helped us greatly with planning the detailed schedule of our big day, made sure everything ran smoothly and on top of all that she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met.

As a DIY-enthusiast, I let her know what my vision was, and when I got to the venue I was blown away by what her and her team had done. Organising our wedding from overseas was not always easy, which is why I'm so grateful that Kim and her team were able to step in and support us on our special day. Where do I begin? At first, I never really thought of hiring a wedding planner for our wedding as I thought my husband and I will be able to do it ourselves. Fast forward to today, I’m glad we did and we’re so lucky and grateful it was “LoveandThings”. I only learned about “LoveandThings” last year when Kim visited our place as I offered to do a practice make-up trial on her for fun to prepare for her wedding day. Kim and I were been friends since high school, though we don’t see each other often, we catch up once in a while when we can.

Kim has always been such a kind & helpful awesome human being since I’ve known her. When she offered me her new wedding planning service, I was delighted and hired her right away. Supporting my friend and not needing to stress about finding vendors myself is like killing 2 birds with one stone. I hired Kim to help me from day 1 and wedding planning went super smooth and fun while working with her. Kim knows how crazy and specific I am with what I wanted (e. g. my DIY decors, venue settings, etc.) for our wedding and Kim and her team really surpassed our expectations. She found us the right vendors that suited my vision plus she made sure all my DIY wedding decors served their purpose. She made sure all my worries were gone during our wedding and truly, the wedding I’ve envision really came to life. It was chill, simple but fun, unique and beautiful like we wanted it to be, thanks to Kim and her team. She definitely went above and beyond, from running around in her rain boots (because it was supposed to rain heavy but didn’t) shooting a super8 video of us, being our game referee, and cutting and serving our wedding cake, amongst many other tasks. After our wedding, I told Kim many times that she was our “Wedding FairyGodmother”, not only Kim but her whole team. Her whole team was amazing and really made our day magical and unforgettable. I’m the person who easily notices and remembers simple things and I couldn’t forget this moment where we wanted to help Kim clean up after our wedding party. While wearing my dress and heels, I was trying to lift and clean up some boxes full of decors myself and all of sudden Kim’s husband, Ian, ran after me and said “Ave, what are you doing? We will deal with that!” Seriously, they’re amazing!

We are so thankful to have had Kim work with us as our wedding coordinator. During our planning phase, she was super helpful with keeping us organized and also helping us find other vendors we could use. She helped plan our wedding as well as our rehearsal dinner where we also planned to have an intimate legal ceremony.

A few days before our wedding, I tested positive for Covid. My now husband and I were both spiralling and wondering how to move forward. We knew we'd have to cancel the rehearsal dinner because it would be indoors and was too soon but this also meant cancelling our legal ceremony. Kim stayed calm and contacted all our vendors, family members and bridal party. While I rested, she and our loved ones planned an amazing backyard wedding so we can still have our ceremony! When we arrived, we were so moved with how much effort and love was put into that day, it was truly magical.

We are so grateful to have met Kim, she is so kind and clearly loves what she does. She went above and beyond for us, and because of her constant reassurance and communication, I was able to rest and recover and not worry about the wedding.

In the weeks leading up to our wedding, time after time, we'd get advice like "Enjoy the day" and "Savour every moment" but without Kim we don't think that would have even been possible. Kim took care of every detail and was extremely organized, diligent and a great problem solver.
