Olivia Cross, Georgia Rodgers and the girls on the Lavish team work together to bring your vision to life! Georgia has a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Certificate in Management from the University of California. She has also completed a semester at SRH University in Germany and an internship at Disney World! Olivia holds an Event Management Certificate from Mount Royal University and is a certified planner through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. Their passion for wedding and event planning plus Lavish's great network of vendors make them an excellent choice to plan your wedding.

Lavish Engagements. Georgia is so soothing and calm to talk to, in fact I hope I can talk to her again soon if I'm ever feeling stressed as she can instantly bring a bride/person back to a better state of well being! She can problem solve in a pinch all while making sure every detail is perfect and the bridal party/guests are happy. Donny was a wedding day hero as well and a true professional. They both always had a smile and were there to offer a drink or kindness without ever even having to ask. Every vision I had was perfectly put into place and if I had overseen something, rest assured Georgia was there to remind me or make a kind suggestion. I had a dream come true Wedding and although never plan on another Wedding in this lifetime, I can only scream to the Brides to be - DONT THINK TWICE AND HIRE LAVISH ENGAGEMENTS! I'm so happy with my decision in hiring this vendor and so impressed when my expectations were not only met but far exceeded.

Olivia and her team = AMAZING
During the initial meeting, Olivia was so personable and we instantly felt comfortable with her and knew we were in good hands. Leading up to the big day, she was always willing to answer any question I threw her way (trust me, there was many). We did site visits and went over all the details so leading up the wedding day I felt confident.
On the actual wedding day, it was so amazing to just have a peaceful morning getting ready and not have to get to the venue super early to set up, deal with vendors, etc. When we did show up to the venue, it looked beautiful with all the decor Olivia and her team thoughtfully put together. The day ran smooth from making sure the bride and groom squad got down the aisle, to herding 100 guests in for dinner on time.
I would 110% recommend Lavish Engagements to help with your big day - we honestly couldn't have done it without Olivia!

From building the relationships with clients to transforming an empty space into something magical that a couple has been dreaming of, Georgia loves everything about events! She grew up in the Comox Valley, but loves to travel anywhere and everywhere. She has an adorable senior dog that is a mix of corgi, cocker spaniel and golden retriever named Prince that she loves to take on walks or snuggle with while drinking wine and watching Netflix.

Olivia was born and raised on beautiful Vancouver Island and later moved to Calgary where she discovered and pursued her passion for event planning and design. She is thrilled to be back on the Island pursuing her dream job!
