Truly amazing and exceeded our expectations!
Michelle and her team were AMAZING and went above and beyond to ensure we didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Our wedding was perfect, and it wouldn't have been possible without their attention to every single detail. It was the best investment we made, and we cannot recommend them enough!
Michelle was extremely meticulous and organized, and helped us feel prepared for our big day with spreadsheets, frequent emails and follow ups with vendors and questions we have, and a very detailed timeline. Her experience shows, and we received many compliments on how professional they were. In fact, one of my bridesmaids has told me she is going to hire Michelle and her team for her upcoming wedding. I am so grateful for Eva for being with me every step of the way and paying attention to all the little details that I didn't even think of. She held my phone when I was busy, and brought it out for me when I had free time getting my makeup redone. She grabbed us a glass of water after my husband and I walked out of the room from the ceremony, to rehydrate and calm our nerves before walking back in as newlyweds. I almost cried because of how amazing she was. Alex and Jon helped us handle all the logistics, and stayed with us the entire night until they literally escorted and carried us upstairs when we were drunk at the end of the night.
Thank you to Michelle and her team for the most perfect day. We are truly blown away at how professional, attentive, experienced, caring, and genuine the entire team was. We had the most amazing and stress free night, and it was all thanks to them!

5-Star Multilingual Team for Stress-free Wedding
Michelle and her team were PHENOMENAL! First of all Michelle had been so understanding, accommodating, friendly, super organized and just so professional. Everything throughout the wedding day was so on time, and the wedding party even had time for a nap because it was stress-free and everything ran so smoothly. She handled difficult family members with kindness and professionalism, and speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Her team was always offering us water in case we were too hot, nervous or just thirsty. They helped me spread out my dress before I walked down the aisle. One of them even urged me to switch out of my heels at the end of the night and waited for me till I was ready to change into my flip flops. Another assistant was on standby and prepared with another glass during toasting in case we ran out.
Every single person was amazing and knew what they were doing. They were polite and introduced themselves to the family and wedding party so we knew who to goto when we need help. They also helped pack up our belongings super fast at the end of the night.
Amazing team. Hire Michelle if you want to feel like VIPs and have a stress-free wedding!

Amazing, organized, and Amazing!
The wedding was a hit. Everybody had a good time, and Michelle and her team was all over it. She was even able to make some last minute changes for us, and everything went do smoothly. Michelle is not only kind and respectful of the couples changes/wishes, but she makes you feel like a priority throughout the wedding planning process and most importantly the days leading up to and including the wedding day. She takes the time to understand her couples and on the wedding day, you and your families can expect a stress free day.

Without Michelle and her team, my wedding would have never in a million years went as smoothly and as perfectly as it did. From the very beginning of the planning process, Michelle was highly professional, attentive, and communicative, while being extremely warm and flexible -- everything you would ever want in someone who is planning one of the arguably most complex and special days of your life!
When it came to the day of the wedding, both my husband's family and my family could not stop raving about how amazing the planning team was. We had time to relax throughout the day, nothing ever felt rushed or stressful and her team truly treated my husband and me like VIPs. Eternity Moments went above and beyond to make our day an incredibly memorable one and I am so grateful for Michelle, Alex, John, and Eva (special shout out to Eva who lent me her own lipstick for my touch ups throughout the day and ended up just giving it to me). Hiring Michelle as our wedding day coordinator was one of the best decisions made for our special day! As my husband and I work full time and demanding jobs in Seattle WA, but were planning a wedding in Vancouver BC where we grew up, Michelle was so helpful at keeping us on track in the months and days leading up to our wedding, with helpful spreadsheets and frequent follow ups. She prepped and coordinated with all the vendors for the day of, and ensured we had a smooth schedule and worry free day so we could really just enjoy the moment on our big day! On our wedding day, Michelle’s assistant stayed with me and made sure I felt comfortable and well attended for the entire time. I would highly recommend her services without hesitation. Amazing experience with Eternity Moments and Michelle!!
My husband and I are both from Vancouver, but currently live in New York. We enlisted Michelle to help with planning our hometown wedding reception this past January, and are so glad we did!! Between juggling demanding jobs and not being local, we truly could not have planned such a seamless reception without the help of Michelle.
Michelle is incredibly organized and talented at what she does. Throughout the weeks leading up to the reception, she was great at keeping us on track with outstanding tasks, coordinating the ever-changing schedule with vendors, and generally providing super helpful advice ranging from menu choices to how we transition between different parts of the day.
The reception day went without a hitch - Michelle had a talented team of five who made sure all the transitions were seamless, guests were well taken care of, and vendors executed flawlessly. We are so happy with how the day turned out and are so grateful to Michelle and her team for being by our side!

Of all the events and milestones like a birthday, a wedding is a milestone that very well may be the most special day in one’s lifetime. It sure was for us. With that in mind, we were very unsure of who we’d entrust this day with.

This has been an absolutely amazing experience working with everyone at Eternity Moments. Michelle Chan was our wedding planner and I don’t think I could have asked for anything more. Michelle and her team went beyond expectations.
I do have to admit that I was skeptical In the beginning as I have helped with weddings in the past. But boy I was wrong. She is so detail oriented and made the occasion stress free. I did not even have any jitters due to the fact that I knew her and her team would help with execution. My wife and I found it an absolute joy to have had her by our side and would not suggest planning for the special day without such professionals.
