We opted for her full wedding planning package, and it was the best decision we made. From day one, she curated a personalized timeline to match our tight schedule, and found every single vendor we needed..each one top-tier, professional, and a perfect fit for us. I truly had a dream wedding and a dream team, all thanks to her.
Khatija stayed in touch through regular check-ins, managing every detail with care and precision. She didn’t rest until she was sure every single decision reflected exactly what I wanted. Even with a 3-hour time difference and my demanding work schedule, she always made time, often late into the evening to ensure I felt supported and on track.

Start to Finish Zero-Stress, Perfect Wedding Planning!!
Let me start by saying that if you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner like we were, just do it and hire Khatija. We thought that we could manage the planning process alone but after finding Dazzle & Dream Events Instagram page, we knew we needed Khatija to help pull off the wedding of our dreams. However, she wasn’t just a wedding planner; she was also a friend/therapist/crisis manager for nearly two years. We can’t stress enough how valuable we found her and how grateful we were to have someone we trusted to organize everything on our wedding day so our families could relax and be present with us. It was such a huge help to have her putting out favours, programs, signage; talking to and organizing vendors; keeping us on schedule; and making sure we were having the best day.
Everyone says that planning a wedding is really stressful, and we always feel so grateful when we get to say that our wedding planning process and wedding day were basically entirely stress-free because of Khatija. Although we hired her for the partial planning package, she went above and beyond and was available to help us and bounce ideas off of for nearly two years leading up to our wedding. She even had our vendors booked and most details secured a full year out from the wedding, which was a huge weight off of us and had us so relaxed leading up to the wedding. From helping us plan the adorable details of our wedding to sorting out a vendor who told us the night before the wedding they couldn’t make it, Khatija was there for every high and low of the wedding planning process (and always there with a solution!). She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and has a wealth of wedding knowledge.
One of the compliments we got most often after the wedding was that our wedding day was really well organized - and with 240 wedding guests, we really needed it to be. Without a doubt, we couldn’t have done that without Khatija’s expertise. She was able to create a perfectly timed itinerary that organized all of our vendors and left us with buffer room to make sure that everything ran on time and everyone knew where they had to be.
Truly from the bottom of our heart, we are so thankful for everything Khatija did for us to make sure our wedding day was perfect. There wasn’t a single thing about our day that we would change and there wasn’t a single moment that day where we felt nervous or stressed. We talked about her so much, my father even thanked her in his speech. We loved planning our wedding with Khatija and would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking to plan their perfect wedding.

Absolute Lifesaver and Our Best Decision
We had only 7 months to get everything together and Khatija made sure that we were never too overwhelmed at any point. She kept us on track with what tasks we needed to be doing at any given week but was always there to answer questions. Her WhatsApp availability is superb and definitely a lifesaver in multiple occasions. She helped us research for different vendors like our DJ, decor, photography & videography. For each of these vendors, she set up calls for us, talked through the pros and cons and if they fit the vibe of our event. She also went through contracts for us to pre-vet them before we needed to check ourselves.
Getting closer to our event, Khatija sent out a welcome email to all our vendors, taking the burden of responding to each vendor’s questions off of our head. She also coordinated with our venue, Tapestry Hall, making sure that all the arrangements, floor plans etc were perfect. Everyone had a detailed itinerary of when they were expected to be at the venue, how to get in contact with each other. Khatija and Kajal arrived a few hours before our reception started and made sure to set up our favors exactly how we wanted. After we got back from our outdoor photoshoot, we quickly realized that the outdoor humid air had made my hair a bit frizzy. And of course, magically, Khatija had some hairspray in her emergency kit and we were able to get it sorted before the reception started. Both Khatija and Kajal were lifesavers throughout the night, bringing us our dinners, making sure we were doing okay, keeping us hydrated.
There’s no way we could have planned our reception to this perfection without Khatija and her team. Thank you so much for everything you do, including the behind the scenes things we probably don’t even know about. We couldn’t recommend Dazzle & Dream more!

A Stress-Free Dream Wedding, Thanks to Khatija and her amazing Team!
We planned our entire wedding in just seven months, and while that may seem like a tight timeline, Khatija made the process feel seamless. From the start, she made sure all our concerns were addressed in a timely and thoughtful manner, never letting anything fall through the cracks. As a Hindu couple, one of our biggest priorities was ensuring that our events ran exactly on schedule and that our detailed itinerary captured every important ritual and moment. Khatija took this responsibility seriously and ensured that everything flowed exactly as planned.
And if there was ever anything we missed? She quietly stepped in and worked it out without ever burdening us. That kind of trust and initiative is invaluable on your wedding day.
Another thing we truly appreciated was how attentive she was to us as a couple—not just in terms of logistics, but our well-being. She checked in regularly to make sure we were fed, hydrated, and feeling energized so that we could actually enjoy our events. Her genuine care allowed us to be fully present and soak in every moment.
Of course, there were a few inevitable hiccups behind the scenes, but Khatija handled them with utmost discretion and professionalism. We didn’t hear about any issues until after the wedding (if at all!), which speaks volumes about her calm, capable leadership.
Her team was equally fantastic—organized, helpful, and kind. They made all our guests feel welcomed, managed the crowds beautifully, and ensured every detail was executed just the way we envisioned.
We found Khatija when Pathik came across her Instagram page, and from that very first interaction, we felt confident that she was the right fit. Even though we only booked her for wedding management services, the experience felt like so much more. Her level of dedication and involvement went far beyond our expectations.

The absolute GOAT (greatest of all time)
We had both our wedding and reception at Borgata Event Center in Vaughan. Khatija and her team were able to be on site much before the events would start and see the lay of the land. They took the time to meet all the vendors in person and made sure they knew that Khatija and her team would be their point of contact and go to person for anything (NOT Karen and I lol). BUT it didn’t start there, she sent out “hello” emails to our vendors introducing her and her team and all the contact details prior (almost 4 weeks ahead) to the events. I really liked that.
Karen and I are both Hindu so our wedding had many many steps to it which meant that our itinerary needed to be fool-proof and top notch to make sure everything went smoothly. Our wedding was 500 people so we were very concerned about everything going well. My biggest concern was that I wanted to make sure we were ON SCHEDULE (I didn’t even try to hope for ahead of schedule cause with Hindu weddings, that was very much unheard of). As per our package Khatija would reach out 3 months prior to the events to get the ball rolling. She had a rough timeline of events all ready for us and we would just make tweaks and fine tune it. By the last meeting we had a very good timeline of events but Karen and I were still concerned about how (and if) we would stay as per the timeline - coordinating 500 people sounded insane. BUT fast forward to the day of, our wedding had finished and we were 1.5hrs AHEAD of schedule. To this day I still don’t know how we pulled it off but I can guarantee that Khatija and her team were the ones that pulled it off. Our parents and families were beyond impressed as they too didn’t think it was possible. After our wedding day went so smoothly we were more than relaxed on our reception day. Even that went down without any issues and of course Khatija and her team were the ones to thank.
I could go on and on about how Khatija solved our problems, fought our battles and made our lives easier but that would take forever. So, to end, Khatija and her team were the most organized, thoughtful, respectful and supportive people ever. Every bride wants their wedding day to be the best and least stressful. I can wholeheartedly say that Khatija made this possible for me. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. We love you Khatija ❤️ I gained a friend for life out of her!
The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!
My fiancé, on the other hand, wasn’t on board at first. He thought hiring a wedding planner was unnecessary and “only for lazy people.” After some back-and-forth with our venue (The Old Mill—beautiful place, but their staff was *hard* to deal with), he gave in. Let’s just say that decision changed everything.
As soon as we hired Khatijah, all the stress around the venue and vendors disappeared. Her team handled everything—every question, every request, every hiccup. Anytime I had a concern, it was like Khatijah had already solved it before I even finished explaining. She was very reassuring and communicative every step of the way.
On the big day, she was an absolute lifesaver. I had four outfit changes, and Khatijah had everything perfectly timed. She told me when to eat, when to change, where to be—basically, she took care of everything so I didn’t have to think about a single thing. My husband and I spent the whole night dancing, taking pictures, and just enjoying the moment.
She honestly brought my visions to life as I had a non-traditional wedding cake and quirky exit. She empowered me to do with the out-of-the-box ideas and assured me they'll turn out as imagined. The Dazzle and Dream Events team made those fantasies come to life!
Khatijah even dealt with random last-minute issues, like guests not finding their names on the seating chart (my only job, my bad). She had it all under control without missing a beat. My husband, who was *so* against hiring a planner at first, now says it was the most important decision we made. We still laugh and say, “Can you imagine if we didn’t have Khatijah?!”
Working with her was honestly stress-free, and I CANNOT recommend her enough. If you’re even slightly on the fence about hiring a planner, trust me—just do it. Khatijah made our wedding day fun, stress-free, and absolutely perfect. We’re forever grateful!!!!
