Leah at Day of Details was easily one of the best choices we made for our wedding day. We booked Leah for Ceremony coordination, Reception set-up, and Reception Coordination. She was very communicative leading up to the day, and truly brought our vision to life. I appreciated all of the little details Leah thought of before the wedding day, and she continued to check in to ensure that everything we wanted on our day was in order. Leah also attended our rehearsal to ensure the ceremony process was seamless, helping coordinate family members and the officiant. I could not have imagined doing this day without Leah. I would recommend Day of Details to anyone looking for day-of support at their wedding!

Leah went above and beyond in terms of her level of service. She was extremely responsive and eager to do whatever she could to ensure that everything was according to the bride and groom’s vision. Her communication was superb, and she was highly organized and efficient. As the mother-of-the-bride, I had a few secret surprises that Leah helped me to execute, which I greatly appreciated.

When we booked Leah, we thought it would be helpful to have a day of coordinator and the rates seemed reasonable, but my gosh, was she ever a lifesaver. From helping us work through details, her never-ending patience when things started to slow down on our side, and executing our decorations to create a beautiful space, we are SO glad we hired Day of Details YYC! Especially near the end, it was amazing to answer a lot of questions from family and friends with “Leah and her team will handle that”. We were all able to relax and enjoy and this was easily one of the best decisions we made!!

We got married on August 31st, 2024. My mom has an event planning background and was adamant that I did not need to hire a planner or coordinator for our wedding. However, I was adamant that I did not want my mom to be organizing everything and running around all day - I wanted her to be a guest who could enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. SO, I decided to hire Leah. It was THE BEST DECISION I made. Leah was so amazing during our pre-wedding meetings; she had great questions that we hadn't thought of, a thorough idea of how the day would run based on what we wanted, and was confident she could execute it. On the day of our wedding when we arrived at the venue Leah and her team had already set up the majority of the decor and I was so so so relived seeing she clearly understood the assignment and had made our vision of the day better than we could have imagined. Leah made our whole family feel calm and organized as the ceremony began and she directed everyone where to go, the timing, and how to get me from point A to B without my husband-to-be seeing :)

I cannot recommend Leah and her business enough! I am so grateful to her and her team on the day of my wedding because to say I was able to be stress free the entire day is an understatement. I told her what I wanted for my vision and she executed it without hesitation, even helping me out creatively when my bridal brain was out of ideas. It is without a doubt that our wedding day went so smoothly and felt so effortless because of Leah’s help and involvement. We hired Leah as our day-of support to set up our reception venue. Leah was our ceremony coordinator for our wedding in September. Her and her team also decorated our ceremony and reception space, and they did a FANTASTIC job! The ceremony went over without a hitch and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything. The ceremony and reception looked beautiful and all the decorations I brought were put out exactly how I imagined it! I can't say enough good things about Leah and her team!
