August in Bloom is an incredible team of planners! We loved our meetings with Julia leading up to the big day, and we were beyond thrilled to have her and Katrina running the show. They are truly a 10/10 team, and we couldn’t recommend them more! Every detail was executed to perfection, everything ran seamlessly on time, and they coordinated our entire vendor team with ease. Their professionalism allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day, which is the greatest gift.

Sara and her team are truly extraordinary. From our very first call, we knew we were in the best hands. I came in with zero clue what I wanted, just that it had to feel unique and “us” and Sara somehow made sense of it all.

Working with August in Bloom was such a wonderful experience. We had the pleasure of working with Nicole. We live out of the country and weren’t sure how to navigate wedding planning. But Nicole eased our worries and helped make our vision a reality. They were with us while we got ready and helped take care of any last-minute items we may need. Having them help us before the wedding was a lifesaver. We had zero stress and were able to fully enjoy our wedding day because of Nicole and the team. Best decision we made for our wedding.

We worked with Sara and the team at August in Bloom for our wedding this past October and we cannot begin to express how impressed we were with them and how many times we have already recommended them to other couples we know. From our first call all the way through to the wedding day, Sara was a calm, welcoming presence and overall incredible to work with.

She made sure that we had all the resources we needed for a smooth transition as she took over the month-of planning & coordination, and her attention to detail was exactly what we needed as we got closer to the big day. Having Sara on site with us for the wedding alleviated any stress we might have had because we knew she & her team had everything under control.

The best thing I did for my wedding was hire Nicole and the August in Bloom team! We got married in March 2023 at Casa Loma. They went above and beyond from the first intake meeting to day of to make sure our day was perfect. I've heard so many horror stories of disorganized or absent day of coordinators, but Nicole was there at every touch point making sure our vision was recognized. Everything went perfectly, and if it didn't I wouldn't have known because the team was composed and on it throughout the day. We had so many compliments from our guests about the team and how perfect the day was. Thank you Nicole + team!!!

Best. Wedding planners. Ever. Sara & Nicole (+ a few others on their team) made my wedding vision come to life, and all incredibly seamlessly. While only contracted for month of coordination, I think they put in more time and effort than that—they went above and beyond to make me feel super confident leading up to the big day—and made sure I didn’t have to think about anything on the actual day. The wedding was stunning, in multiple locations and was a literal dream come true. HIRE THESE MAGICIANS!!!!

If you're considering Sara/AIB for wedding planning, just do it - worth every penny! We hired Sara for month of coordination and she exceeded all of our expectations. My husband and I are very particular and Sara was extremely detailed. She is also very professional, organized, and an excellent communicator (which is so important especially during the final month of wedding planning)! We cannot thank Sara and the AIB team enough for everything that they did for us and our guests. Our wedding had 200+ guests and we had A LOT planned, a lot going on during the entire day, but everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend!

We worked with AIB for day-of coordination, and this was one of the best decisions we made. It was such a pleasure to work with Sara throughout the whole planning process – she is professional, organized, personable, and very responsive. Our wedding planning stress was relieved as soon as we had our first call with Sara. She provided resources and support, which allowed us to think about all the details and kept us on track in the months leading up to the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, we had such a relaxing and stress-free day, and we have Sara and her assistant Victoria to thank for that! From all the big things (moving all our décor items to the venue, coordinating with all our vendors) to the little things (like helping me bustle my dress and keeping track of the location of my veil) and everything that was happening behind the scene, our wedding day would not have run so smoothly and perfectly without AIB. We received so many compliments from our guests about how smooth everything was run and how friendly and approachable the AIB team was! We would highly recommend Sara and AIB to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

Sara is worth every penny. She is so organized, has an amazing attitude, and on top of things. We felt so relaxed going into our wedding day.

We previously thought we could save money and not have a planner, but I realized that having a good planner saves you much time and money. Sara was a great sounding board, knew prices for different vendors and rentals (which saved so much time in research), and reminded us about things we didn't even think of!

On the wedding day, Sara and Victoria worked so hard to make the day go smoothly. Sara knew our vision and made it happen. She was so personable, knew all of our wedding party members by name, and put out fires that we didn't even hear about until later so we could just enjoy the night.

After getting the month of package, looking back, we wish we had Sara from the beginning! Not a surprise, she told us that she hears this a lot :).

We had the privilege of having Sara and her team help us a couple of months prior to our wedding. I am honestly not sure what we would have done without Sara and Nicole on our big day. From our rehearsal dinner to our wedding day, they did not drop the ball on any details. They kept our very large families and wedding party on track, and the day was seamless. They took care of so many small details that me and Husband were not even aware of, we truly got to enjoy our day and night and got to soak it all in because they had everything taken care of. Our vendors and even our guests told us how amazing they were. Highly recommend, they are honestly the best!!
