Toronto-based wedding photographer Janice Yi believes that a photographer doesn't have to create contrived moments from a wedding to tell your story; she just needs to capture ordinary moments. It is the moments charged with romance, love, humour, and tenderness that conjure up compelling images. Janice aims to record your day as it naturally blossoms and to shoot all the intimate moments in an unobtrusive way. Janice offers wedding packages that include the following services: -

• An in-person meet and greet to get to know each other and discuss details
• 10 consecutive hours of photography coverage - Venue visit the month before
• A personalized USB drive of 350-500 high-resolution photos for you to print and share

A password protected online gallery of your photos to share with friends and family In addition to the above services, Janice is also open to shooting at multiple locations and prefers covering only one event per day so that your wedding gets the desired attention and coverage. A second shooter can also be hired to ensure that no detail or moment of your affair is left unnoticed. Photography items like albums, prints, digital files, and thank you cards are also available. Janice is a huge travel aficionado and loves to cover destination weddings. Her limitless passion for weddings has taken her to Europe, North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. She also shoots elopements.

How they work

Janice works with a Canon 5D Mark III and uses prime lenses. Clients can expect to receive 350-850 final wedding images (depending on the hours of coverage) within 4-6 weeks from their wedding. The images will be edited, ready-to-print, high-resolution JPEG files. Clients can also expect to receive black and white photos (coloured versions will be provided as well). Janice carries a backup camera body, lenses, and memory cards.
