  Janice's shots way exceeded expectations

  
  
  Janice beautifully captured our wedding dinner reception. She was an amazing presence during our shoot from Trinity Bellwood's all the way to the restaurant.
  
  Janice has also an upbeat, calm and welcoming attitude to have directing our posing and positions at each location, both of us are very unnatural posers. She was also incredibly accommodating and patient with the family photo combinations we requested.
  
  We could not have imagined these photos to come out any better. Highly recommend Janice's photography services to anyone in the future.

  Janice's pictures truly capture the magic

  Janice is absolutely amazing and she truly cares about her clients. From the start, she went above and beyond to get to know us as a couple, understood the vision and vibe we are going with, and addressed our worries and self-consciousness in the kindest and most professional way. I would consider myself pretty camera shy but Janice made it such a natural and relaxed experience on my big day. She is really good at getting you to relax and remembering the little moments and details you want to capture without imposing a certain style or pose or vibe on you. She is also very organized and very responsive. Our family had a lot of group photo requests on the day of and she was so patient and thoughtful. When we got our photos after about a month, the photos bring us right back to the day. Absolutely beautiful work, 100% recommend!!

  Love our photos

  Janice did an amazing job with our photos. We had a very simple, scaled down wedding, with a ceremony at City Hall and then a bigger backyard party. We only hired her for a few hours, but she managed to capture everything perfectly. She really made city hall and a backyard look romantic and cinematic, and she was really unobtrusive and made us comfortable. She was also great at getting shots of our toddler smiling (no easy feat), I'd definitely recommend!

  Our dream wedding photographer!

  Janice did an incredible job photographing our wedding and was such a joy to spend the day with! We couldn't be happier with our wedding album and are so glad to have found Janice in our search for a photographer. Read on for a list of reasons we loved working with her!
  
  VIBES - Janice has such a warm, calm, friendly energy that was much appreciated during our very busy day. While my partner and I are both quite camera shy, Janice made us both so comfortable during our portrait session with clear direction and fun little games that made our portraits turn out wonderfully relaxed and genuine. She was so sweet and professional in her interactions with our guests and our other vendors, and our families loved chatting with her!
  
  DOCUMENTARY PHOTOGRAPHY - In the early stages of planning our wedding, one of our biggest concerns was that the day would feel like one big photoshoot that would look nice on camera but wouldn't be fully enjoyable in the moment. Janice's style of documentary photography was the ideal solution to this! She struck the perfect balance of taking unobtrusive candid photos and being there whenever we wanted group photos taken with our families and friends, which allowed us to really enjoy our ceremony and reception. Our album feel very alive and true to our memories of the day, and will be something we treasure for years to come. :)
  
  STYLE - Finally, Janice has an incredible rich sense of lighting and colour. The "sneak peek" photos that she delivered the day after the wedding were gorgeous and pretty much everyone we showed them to commented on what a fantastic job she did! Her portfolio really speaks for itself here so we won't write too much more, except for that we are thrilled with how our album looks.
  
  All in all - thank you, Janice! It was such a pleasure to work with you and we wouldn't change a thing. :)

  Highly recommend!

  Janice and her team were amazing! We had a bit of a different set up for our wedding and she was very accommodating and supportive of the vision of our wedding through out. She took the time and effort to get to know us and tailored the shots to the style we wanted. She was quick with her turn around time and had excellent communication. Our friends and family loved the photos too! Thank you so much for capturing our wedding day! Would definitely recommend Janice to others!

  Book Janice, you won’t regret it!

  My husband and I booked Janice to capture our family wedding party after we got eloped in BC. I can’t say enough good things about her! From her professionalism, kindness, creativity, and responsiveness, Janice was truly incredible to work with. We had big groups to take photos of, and she wrangled everyone quickly and with a smile on her face. She really went above and beyond to make sure our photos were stunning with an array of backgrounds. She also made us so comfortable throughout - the laughs she captured were authentic! We can’t thank Janice enough and would recommend her to anyone looking to hire a photographer to capture their special moments.

  Wonderful photographer - >Would recommend without hesitation!!

  Great photos

  Janice did the photos for my sisters wedding and she did a great job with those. The photos for our wedding were very well done. Very professional. She is very subtle (behind the scenes) when she is working and the results come out amazing. A pleasure to work with!

  Incredible Photographer!!

  Janice was a real pleasure to work with from the outset. She was flexible and patient while we worked through pandemic uncertainty. On the day of our wedding she was easy-going and made everyone comfortable! The photos turned out amazing and she really captured the magic of the day. Janice is talented, professional, and her work is timeless and beautiful. We absolutely recommend her!
