Extremely Disappointing Experience and Ongoing Non-Communication
On June 7, 2025, we were told that wedding album proofs would be sent to us “in the next couple of weeks.” That was the last communication we ever received. As of January 20, 2026, we have received no album, no proofs, and no responses, despite multiple follow-ups by email and phone.
Unfortunately, this lack of communication was a recurring issue. Earlier in the process, we waited over three months (105 days) for a response regarding engagement photos, which we ultimately abandoned due to the delays.
We paid on time, were consistently polite and patient, and were actively trying to complete an album that was part of our agreement. The prolonged silence has permanently affected how we remember what should have been a meaningful part of our wedding experience.
Couples considering this vendor should be aware of the serious and ongoing communication issues we encountered.
