Dave Reyno Photography is a business based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Everything from brides to international companies is covered by Dave. As a photographer for more than two decades now, Dave has a reputation for excellent commercial and portrait/wedding photographs. He has captured hundreds of weddings and likes to have minimal post-production manipulation in his images. He shoots with his assistant and wife, Pam.

Experience

Dave began his passion for images with a 4x5 and 8x10 view cameras. His career started in 1991 and became a reputable wedding and portrait photographer from 2002 to 2005. He founded Reyno Photography in 2002 in Moncton. He then relocated to Toronto, Ontario, where he grew more as a photographer and worked as an associate freelancer and staff photographer for various wedding and portrait studios form 2005 to 2008. He returned to his hometown of Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2008.

Dave has a diploma in creative photography from Humber College in Toronto. He captures images in contemporary, photojournalistic, and portraiture styles. For 11 years, he worked for the top commercial studios in both Halifax and Moncton.

Services offered

Online proofing and ordering is offered by the Dave and Pam. Different wedding packages are offered, including a minimum of 10 hours of coverage and a complimentary engagement session. Various add-on options are also available, such as a photo booth and custom designed albums. All work by Dave and Pam are liability insured. To give your wedding their full attention, Dave and Pam only cover one event per day. Pam and Dave offer their services in Nova Scotia, southern New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. How they work

Dave and Pam use Bowens and Nikon lighting kits that come with portable battery packs (should a power problem occur). State-of-the-art Nikon digital equipment is used by both Dave and Pam. Final products provided by the duo includes black and white, as well as full colour images.

Other services

Dave and Pam also have a portable studio, which can be easily carried to the location if required. Dave shoots for various commercial projects including food, still life, architecture, and so on. Some of his commercial clients include The Atlantica hotel/Seasons restaurant, The New York Times, TD Bank, Dalhousie University, Costco, TransAlta, and much more. He also offers portraits for headshots, family, environment, fashion, pets, etc. Boudoir shoots and trash the dress photography is also covered by the duo.
