He is nice... Until he gets your money. Spend your money wisely elsewhere.

He did not show up to the wedding and let us know days beforehand that he will be subcontracting to someone else.

Furthermore, if you do book him, fully go in with the expectation that you will be ignored after he has his money.

He has not provided all our photos to us and it has been almost a year. We have been following up and he is consistently ignoring us. At this point, I am just going to accept that we will never get the photos we paid for.

Please avoid and save yourself the headache.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Burhan this past summer for our long anticipated wedding. Burhan was not only helpful and professional, but also so kind, responsive, and so fun to work with. The photos that we received were absolutely stunning and brought me to tears. I have yet to experience a photographer that is as personable and easy to work with that is a talented as Burhan. I've used his services several times now and each experience has only gotten better. TLDR: Burhan is a good photographer but he’s only excited about things that work for him/his portfolio. His service and communication are very poor. He isn’t flexible unless you are willing to pay extra. We wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

We hired Burhan for our wedding photography. We loved his work and even though he was over our budget (which he knew at the time), we still hired him for our wedding. I wouldn’t lie, his work was good, but in the service industry, the service part is very important, which was very well missing with Burhan. His communication was poor, he said yes to things, but didn’t deliver up to it.

During our wedding events, we received numerous complaints from our guests that the Photography wasn’t really into it. He had to be told what to do, which I dismissed at the time, but in retrospect it was clear that he was overly enthusiastic about the wedding photoshoot at Aga Khan Museum because it helped build his portfolio, we didn’t see the same enthusiasm during the rest of the wedding as it didn’t help his portfolio.

We also had issues where he had to make slight adjustments to our wedding schedule. Our understanding was that we have hired him for particular number of hours, so even if we move things around a little and still utilize the same number of hours it shouldn’t be an issue. However, we had to pay him extra to move an event 2 hours earlier, which didn’t make sense at the time, but understandable. At our last event Burhan and I agreed to the final amount I had to pay him, including the extras. The next day, I paid him the balance yet he threaten to hold our highlight photos unless we pay him for the extra 15 mins his photographer had to stay for one of our events. He didn’t realize that his photographer was already late to that event, so he didn’t really stay extra.

The biggest pain point was in our contract we were promised a pre-wedding/engagement photoshoot. However, due to weather conditions, we couldn’t do it before the wedding on the agreed date. I requested Burhan if we could do the pending photoshoot in Spring this year, to which he agreed. My wife was so excited about this photoshoot, but he called off the photoshoot one day before the planned date and ghosted us completely after that. This was the last straw. Burhan was an absolute pleasure to work with! His attention to detail was amazing, he took the most gorgeous shots and made our entire shoot so fun and comfortable! I recommend him to literally everyone!!

Burhan was an absolute pleasure working with! He went above and beyond my expectations and was so great working with. He is an amazing guy both personally and professionally. When we told him my expectations for my photoshoots with my husband, he did research and had all the necessary poses in mind to execute on the day of maximizing time. My husband and I felt so comfortable and at ease working with him because he made us feel like it was just a regular day for us. He was able to give us teasers within a day which was amazing and let me tell you, the pictures were mind blowing. My entire family and us were shook because we looked SO GOOD! I 100% recommend Burhan to everyone and honestly I want to have all my future photoshoots with him. He took my proposal, wedding, e-shoot and reception photos and they all turned out amazing. He always took photos of the small things and looking at them now, i AM SO SO GLAD he did. Burhan has the eye for capturing those precious moments, and he is incredibly talented. If you have him as your photographer, you are so lucky!

Burhan shot our engagement photographs in the beautiful Hamilton falls area. He has a calm and easy going personality coupled with high energy and inspirational ideas. He was quick, fun, and open to pretty much any photographic idea we could think of! We love that he did not hold us to an exact set of rules like number of dressing changes, exact times, and only a certain number of locations. Flexible, creative, prompt, and professional.
