Our photographer was amazing! She’s so creative, goofy, made us very comfortable and took pictures I couldn’t even have imagined of!

I absolutely recommended makayla!! I have never seen more beautiful photos in my life and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Absolutely lovely to work with

We worked with Mikayla for a family session in celebration of our parent’s 40th wedding anniversary. She was super responsive and the photos we received were incredible! Such a special memory to have and we are glad we had Mikayla capture them! Would highly recommend!

Look elsewhere

Disappointing experience. Zero flexibility and communication and an end product that was sub-par at best. Sorry but this photographer just isn't worth it. You can do better for less.

Unresponsive and disappointing final product

We had high hopes for our second shoot with Ayla, but unfortunately we were let down hard. She will not respond to inquiries after your shoot and the final product for us was dark photos with sub par, blurry editing. Spend your money somewhere else, don't be disappointed like us and have to pay to re-do it with someone else.

Unprofessional

Unprofessional, unreliable, delayed responses, poor communicator and refused to alter our package when cancer and the pandemic changed our plans. By refusing to agree to an alternate package she kept our deposit for doing absolutely nothing.

Love her so much. She is a beautiful, fun and cheery person. Easy to work with. Her photos are amazing, I love em all so much.

Different from the rest

Photos were the most important part of my wedding day and I am so glad we went with Mikayla! Our photos are beautiful and different from many of the other styles I researched or have seen. She was really comfortable to work with.

Wedding album of our dreams

Mikayla was so fun to work with! She gave my husband and I the wedding album of our dreams. She knew all the great spots to go and helped us to not only have fun and see a lot of different parts of Banff we wouldn’t have found on our own, but she made us SO comfortable in front of the camera. We are in love with all of our photos and the adventure she gave us along the way. I see the love and passion we feel in every single frame! Hands down worth the investment!

Outstanding

I'm visiting my fiancee in Calgary, & he knows Mikayla from school. I'm so glad he recommended her! She did an outstanding job with our engagement session. I'm incredibly pleased with her professionalism, response time, & consideration & flexibility! I definitely recommend her, & her beautiful work speaks for itself.
