Services Offered

Typically occasions presided over by Pastor Marcus last anywhere between 20 and 40 minutes which allows you ample time to enjoy the event you have long dreamed about. He strives to collaborate with you to build the experience you had hoped for. A consultation is the first key part of the process as it opens up a two-way conversation between him and you. As you enjoy personalizing the ceremony in the lead-up, the dialogue continues as support is constantly available via text and email.

A rehearsal offers the wedding party the chance to become familiar with the layout and timeline. Marcus ensures that everyone knows exactly what they are doing and feels comfortable on the wedding day.

On that special day, Pastor Marcus leads the way as you are officially joined in union as newlyweds. He arrives early to make sure everyone is prepared, and leaves only when everything is in order. Pastor Marcus also takes the marriage license and takes a picture of him mailing it to Vital Statistics and texts it to you so you don't have to worry about getting your marriage certificate as you head to your honeymoon!

Premarital counseling is also available for those who would like to spend some quality time preparing for their lives together. PREPARE/ENRICH is the program used and it covers such relational topics as finances, sexuality, spirituality, parenting, etc. More than 3 million couples have taken this program and it is highly recommended for couples wanting to not just have a great wedding, but even more, a great marriage!

Pastor Marcus was so caring and supportive! He truly captured everything we could have ever wanted during the ceremony!

Pastor Marcus exceeded all of our expectations!
He was so helpful from the very first call to helping us navigate through the entire process right up until our ceremony. He brings such a light and happiness to any conversation and really took the time to get to know us! This reflected in the words and how he spoke at the ceremony, it was absolutely perfect. We felt important, cared for and truly guided with Marcus.
We can't say enough about how fabulous his service was, and feel so blessed we had him to officiate our wedding day.

Marcus Schmaling

Marcus was a great officiant and we enjoyed every step of the way with him. He coached us through our marriage counseling pre wedding and helped so much with making everything flow naturally during the rehearsal and the ceremony. Marcus was also flexible with us accommodating our requests and adding new and interesting ideas that made our big day that much more memorable. My wife and I would both highly recommend Marcus as a wedding officiant or marriage counselor any day of the week.

Our experience was beyond perfect!!!

Marcus is so naturally inviting, funny, and definitely made our day memorable. I could not have been anymore happy with our officiant. We have recommended him to our friends who are getting married as well! We had a ceremony everyone will remember, he is amazing!

Superb Pastor Macus made this whole experience beautiful

We live in Winnipeg and had our elopement wedding in Kelowna. We got married on September 9th and Pastor Macus was very professional Communication before the ceremony was awesome. He walked us through the ceremony step by step via FaceTime as we did not have a rehearsal. Our wedding ceremony was beautiful and thanks to Pastor Macus for everything my husband and I could not be any happier. Thank you so much for everything

Our wedding day was perfect

Lake Okanagan was calm, the sun was bright, the warm breeze seemed to make everyone smile as we all gathered under the gazebo. Pastor Marcus was kind, authentic, warm and endearing. His presence gave us and our 20 guests a peaceful and wise ambiance. Pastor Marcus knew how to help us with his soft guidance and onsite full reflections. Thank you Marcus for making our day perfect. We originally had our wedding planned for July 4, 2020. Due to COVID-19 we had to reschedule our wedding to next summer. 😢

My fiancé, now Husband (being the most incredible man that he is) saw how upsetting this was to me and surprised me with the most romantic and beautiful backyard wedding.

He found us the most incredible minister to marry us! We were so grateful to Pastor Marcus for taking time out of his busy schedule to give us one of the most beautiful and special days of our lives. ❤️ He worked so closely with us on such a short timeframe and gave us THE most romantic and beautiful ceremony. We will be forever grateful to Pastor Marcus for sharing this incredible momentous occasion with us and our families.
