I have always loved romance. I married my high school sweetheart John. We had 32 years together until he died unexpectedly at 47. I was left a widow with two daughters. I needed something to help heal my heart. To be a Justice of the Peace is a honour I wear proudly. I have married hundreds of couples and each couple has left a print on my heart. Those prints stay there forever. Words are hard to come by when I am feeling the energy and love of couples as they commit their solemn vows to one another. It is palpable. It is beautiful and special.
