Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience with John. There were recurring issues with communication and timelines, and it seemed like all the information discussed during our wedding workshop was lost or forgotten.

During the ceremony, one of John's microphones was not working so the majority of our guests did not hear my vows or our important closing announcements. Even worse, John MADE UP almost 2 full pages of our love story, including an entire ice cream date that never happened, and a monologue about my husband's "sparkling blue eyes" (which raised a number of eyebrows because my husband is black and has brown eyes).

I am shocked that someone in this line of work would feel it appropriate to take such liberties during this sacred moment in our lives. John later denied making anything up, which is probably the biggest red flag of all! As a result, I'm leaving this review so that future prospective clients can make an informed decision and be aware of the risks of entrusting John with their important life milestones.

We were absolutely thrilled to have John as our wedding officiant! We found him through the yoga studio I frequent, where he is both an instructor and co-owner. From the start, John was incredibly involved in helping our day go off without a hitch. His warm, attentive approach made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Not only did he ensure everything went smoothly, but he also added a lot of personal touches to our ceremony, making it feel unique and deeply meaningful to us. John's genuine kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and he was such a joy to work with. My husband and I can't recommend him enough – he helped make our day unforgettable!

Reverend John made our day so very personlized and absolutely perfect 💕. His professionalism and easy going personality made me feel so at ease! He brings so much originality and offers suggestions to customize things the exact way we wanted them and he delivered the best experience of our lives. I really had no idea how much devotion he put into our special day until it was all over and I could reflect how seemless and perfect everything was.
