Strings and Ivory is a musical duo based in Waterloo, Ontario, serving London, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas. This violin and piano duet consists of Matt Piche and Scott Wilkinson who specialize in performing classical, jazz, pop, and country music. Both musicians have performed internationally and have earned nominations for the Canadian Country Music Awards.

Strings and Ivory provides romantic music to set the mood for your matrimonial celebration. They are delighted to play during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The pair have a list of popular songs that they regularly perform at weddings. Songs range from Canon in D and Ave Maria to What a Wonderful World and Don’t Stop Believing. The duo is also ready to create arrangements for other songs if you have a special request.

Amazing!
Strings and Ivory played at our wedding in June of this year. We were blown away by their performance, and so were our guests!! We received so many compliments! Matt remained very responsive and available throughout the planning process, the entire experience was hassle-free. They offered a wide range of genres/songs, and were even able to learn a specific song request that I had in the weeks leading up to the wedding! They showed up on time and played every song flawlessly throughout the ceremony. I can't recommend Strings and Ivory enough for your event! Our only regret was that we didn't schedule them for longer :) We hope to hear them again in the future! -
