I booked this vendor for one of my wedding client’s several years ago. Initial interactions were great, deposit paid, contract signed, no issues.

I don’t have the contract in front of me as I write this but balance was due 72hrs/48hrs/24hrs or something along those lines before service is rendered.

Nope problem, I operate on a very similar system. My grievance is that no final payment reminder was sent (original contract signed 6 + months in advance or something along those lines). I got busy, as a wedding planner does in the days leading up to weddings, and forget to send the final payment.

This could have been easily resolved! A quick reminder and I would have sent it. However the interaction was less than desirable and quite frankly unprofessional. This vendor decided to berate me as “unprofessional” when I responded to an email day of telling me they wouldn’t be attending the gig if I didn’t pay up asap. I paid and they went. But what would have been more professional was a quick reminder in the days leading up that payment was due, and not calling me, their client, unprofessional when I panicked mere hours before the gig when they threatened to not go.

We hired the Breakwater Quartet for a client's wedding this past summer and we were not disappointed! We were greeted with a smile, the team showed up right on time, were very nicely dressed, professional and polite. They were even open to possibly having to move the cocktail hour inside (weather pending) without a single complaint! We would 100% recommend and use them again. The quartet was fantastic to work with start to finish. They provided the perfect music to an all ages crowd, outdoors, and even arranged a Taylor Swift song that was requested. They had a crowd standing around listening to them the entire event, despite only being asked to provide "background" music. But they were humble and perfectly adaptable to the entire event. Quick to respond, flexible and the musicianship was exquisite!

very accommodating, I picked a song that was not on the list to choose from. Kaito recreated it and the quartet did a beautiful job performing!

I (bride) was late to walk down the aisle but the Quartet continued to play!
