I tried to set up a contract with 12Strings since December 2016. I've emailed them a couple times to follow up yet no one replies. I was looking forward to working with them for my wedding since they are based in Richmond. I have no doubt that their skills are amazing but their HR/PR person is horrible. I have never encountered someone who does not reply to business emails. Maybe they were trying to hint at not wanting my business but at least be up front about it and say that they don't want it. Weddings are stressful enough... I didn't expect a business to act like this. Very disappointed.

12 Strings trio provided beautiful live music of popular songs (they also do classical) which perfectly set the tone for our outdoor, short but sweet, ceremony.

They had a good-sized repertoire and also take special requests - the groomsmen and groom walked in to "Final Countdown" - which allowed them to have a grand entrance and amused the guests (we're Arrested Development fans).

Their rates were very reasonable for live musicians, they were reliable and quick with their responses and delivered on all fronts. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

12strings did not actually perform at my ceremony - they played during our cocktail hour on Granville Island. They were absolutely amazing, and everyone said they did a fantastic job! They were very good at communicating with me (a fairly disorganized bride), and ensured that they really understood what we wanted. They have a great variety of songs - pop, rock and classical. Very professional, very kind and very organized. I'm so happy I found their website! Their prices are very reasonable too - something I very much appreciated.
