If I could give Natacha Trottier more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

From our very first conversation, Natacha was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is professional, genuine, honest, and incredibly talented, but what truly sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. From the beginning, I felt that she wasn't just there to do hair and makeup—she was fully invested in making sure we looked and felt our absolute best.

Leading up to the wedding, she was responsive, reassuring, and so easy to communicate with. She listened carefully to what each of us wanted and made everyone feel comfortable and confident.

On the wedding day, she worked with a group of seven women, and everything ran so smoothly. She brought the support needed to keep us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. Her organization, attention to detail, and calm presence created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, which made a huge difference on such an emotional and exciting day.

The hair and makeup were absolutely stunning. She enhanced everyone's natural beauty while making sure each look reflected the individual's style. We all felt beautiful, confident, and received so many compliments throughout the day. Even after hours of celebrating, everything still looked amazing.

Beyond her incredible talent, Natacha is simply a wonderful person. She is kind, caring, authentic, and passionate about what she does. It's rare to find someone who combines exceptional skill with such a warm and genuine personality.

Natacha is phenomenal at everything she does. I booked her for hair and makeup for my May 16 wedding at Sunwolf in Squamish. From the moment I booked her she was nothing but professional, kind, and thorough! My trial and wedding day went so well and I felt completely calm with her. Natacha is not only so talented in her hair and makeup skills, she is also a wonderful person. We had multiple women getting hair and makeup done for the wedding day and Natacha made sure everything ran smoothly and was well organized. Would highly highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an officiant or hair/makeup in the sea to sky region.

What can I say about Natacha to do her justice as a hair and makeup artist, officiant and generally amazing person?
I booked Natacha to do hair and makeup for myself and my officiant (who is also my best friend) for my elopement day and she was an absolute dream to work with leading up to our elopement day, for my makeup trial and on the day of our elopement. She is incredibly professional, talented warm and the most beautiful kind person I've ever met and I feel like I have a new friend in her. She absolutely nailed mine and my friends hair and makeup, I felt so beautiful, confident and like myself. She is such a comfortable person to be around that we had the most relaxing morning getting ready the day of our elopement. Natacha also legalised our marriage as my friend was an "honorary" officiant for the ceremony, and she made such a formal/box ticking moment so personalised and beautiful because that's just who she is. Our photographer Candice recommended Natacha and I'm so grateful that we ended up with all of the most incredible vendors through her. Thank you for everything Natacha!

We are so glad to have worked with Natacha for our wedding at Sea to Sky Gondola in Aug 2023. She did the makeup for myself, bridesmaids and MOG. She and her assistant (Julie) did an amazing job! They were very helpful and ensured that everyone got what they were expecting —- if not more! Everyone they did received a lot of compliments. They also ensured it was a safe space for everyone during the makeup session — there was no feeling of insecurity and uncertainty. I love the little goody touch up bag she gave me after doing my touch up — and I didn’t know that she also gave one to my daughter, it was so sweet of her. Also, she offered to fix up my hair after the ceremony (as it was probably a mess with the rain and the little hike we did) even though she wasn’t the one that did my hair — that was very thoughtful and sweet of her. She really did go an extra step with her services!!!

Natacha also did our ceremony and we loved every bit of it. She made the time to meet us days before the wedding. We are so grateful that she took the time to meet with us days before the wedding — as we are not from British Columbia, that meant a lot to us. Throughout the process (from beginning to the end) the connection and communication was great! She took the time to get to know us and our story. We also love the fact that she made our wedding vows extra special by painting a card of the venue — for keepsake. It turned out beautifully!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Natacha! Her talent is unquestionable; with little direction, she completely understood the natural look I was after for my wedding and completely nailed both my hair and makeup––as I'd envisioned and then some. She made me feel confident and beautiful, with a look that lasted into the wee morning hours––through sweating on the dance floor and time spent outdoors. The experience of working with Natacha was seamless and fun. She was communicative from the start, and our group of girls loved having her in the room while we got ready. Natacha was awesome! She did an amazing job with my hair and make-up and she was such a wonderful and calming presences as I was getting ready. She was super easy to get along with and she connected with my family amazingly as well. During the trial and the wedding day she was always checking in to make sure things were ok and was very open to suggestions and changes. The hair style and make-up looked great and lasted throughout the entire day and she provided a great touch up kit. I would recommend Natacha in a heartbeat!

Natacha is incredibly talented and did an amazing job on my hair and make up for my wedding day. She was incredibly easy to work with and super professional.
