Glam House Academy was and is perfection! I have nothing but positive to say about my experience with Nilou.

She was professional throughout the entire experience and confirmed the location prior to us meeting. She arrived exactly on time and came with a pleasant, relaxed, and positive energy.

Nilou listened to my concerns and comments about my hair and makeup vision. She asked questions throughout to make sure I was happy throughout the entire process. Both her and I actually spoke about my hair and came up with a hairstyle together that perfectly complimented my entire look!

During my trial, she offered a gem-stoned clip to finish my hair style and it was exactly was I needed. I’ve seen clips similar to this in bridal boutiques for hundreds of dollars but Nilou had a solution. She showed me the exact listing of a bridal clip off amazon and I saved myself hundreds of dollars. Thank you for that!

She even stayed afterwards and took videos and photos of me and my girls. She stayed late to help with my veil and did not rush me at all. I had booked my bridesmaids hair and makeup with a different vendor (not associated with Glam House Academy) and that vendor was over two hours late. Nilou graciously offered to help with my bridesmaids hair and makeup because she saw how stressful this was for us. She goes above and beyond what a makeup artist does.

Not only is she a wonderful human being, she is an AMAZING hair and makeup artist. I’ve never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day.

The makeup stayed on all night and looked flawless the entire time. My hair stayed and looked touchable, and bouncy like I wanted. I had the volume I wanted but it wasn’t frizzy and over-sprayed. The hair actually looked fantastic the NEXT day! I was able to wear it to brunch which was a huge bonus.

She also did makeup and hair for my maid of honour, my sister. She was so happy with it too.

I am so particular with my hair and makeup and had had over five trials with a variety of different artists. But once I found Nilou, I was sure she was the right fit. Nilou can do it all - from subtle, subdued beauty for my bridesmaids who prefer more natural looks to full out glam for myself (the bride), I was so happy with her work and received so many compliments! She accentuated/highlighted my best features and listened to all of my concerns about some facial features that I'm insecure about. I wear full faced makeup ona daily basis, and this was the first time that I ever had someone do my makeup for me where I didn't run home and apply even more because she did it so perfectly the first time! Nilou did an incredible job with our bridal party, including the mothers of the Bride and Groom. She understood exactly what we were looking for and executed the looks perfectly. She was exceedingly professional, kind, patient and talented.

Nilou is amazing!!! She made me look so good on my special day. I received compliments throughout the whole night. My foundation was flawless just the way I wanted and it lasted all night.

Nilou was amazing! She did such a great job with all of my girls and made us look and feel so beautiful on my special day! We had an early start and were a tad concerned our makeup wouldn’t last trough the 4pm ceremony and reception following but none of us had a single problem and looked gorgeous all night.
