Itinerary preparation Day-of coordination is also available. This includes the following: -
- Finalizing details and contracts with all vendors
- Sourcing last minute vendors, if need be

- Creation and distribution of wedding day itinerary to all parties involved
- Supervision of wedding rehearsal
- Coordination of decor and venue setup
- Ensure all participants involved are aware of their cues and responsibilities
- Overseeing timely execution of all ceremony and reception details
- Emergency kit on hand for duration of celebration

Beautiful flowers, great service & expertise
I had the pleasure of working with Vive for my Oct 22 wedding at Trillium Trails. She was great to work with - I know nothing about flowers but she helped me figure out my 'vision' and preferences and guided me through seasonal options in my budget range. She had a lot of great ideas about re-using pieces from my ceremony and re-using for the reception to keep costs down. I could tell that she was super passionate about her work and loved what she did for a living, which got me super excited as well. Vive did such a great job that I actually never saw her on the day of - she was in and out setting up and taking down flowers so seamlessly. I would definitely recommend her and her team. Also, the flowers were of course gorgeous, fresh and lovely - I got a lot of compliments.

Couldn't have ask for better!
Princess Weddings did an amazing job! They really exceeded my expectations and all our guest couldn't stop commenting on how amazing our floras and decorations were. They provide high quality products and will no disappoint! Highly recommend them!

Best Florals and Decor!
Vive at Princess Weddings was amazing, she made all planning so easy even with us being long distance as we live in the UK. She was so hands-on as well from long phone calls planning to even attending our site visits when we finally had the chance to travel to Canada to start in-person planning. All the florals and decor were exactly how we imagined it, everyone raved about the flowers all day. The flower arrangements were perfection - the colours matched everything and the quality was incredible - we can not recommend Vive and the team enough. Unrelated to florals/decor, there are some things that went wrong on the day that affected them trying to do their job and the team really worked around it to ensure everything was still amazing, they were all so professional and we are both so happy with the outcome. Thank you for all your hard work - we will remember how special all the floral arrangements were and decor forever.

The most beautiful flowers I've ever seen!
Princess Weddings exceeded my expectations! Vivie and her team worked so hard to create the wedding of my dreams. The flowers were big and beautiful and looked EXACTLY as I had asked for them to look. They were the perfect color and the bouquets were arranged perfectly and artistically. Vivie was always available to talk or even meet to discuss my wishes! Between their communication and incredible artistic ability, I would certainly recommend Princess Weddings flowers to ANYONE. Thank you Vivie and the team for creating the wedding of my dreams!

Amazing florist to work with!
Princess Weddings was an absolute PLEASURE to work with! All I did was send them some inspiration pictures and chatted on the phone and everything turned out better than I could ever have imagined! Bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières all got delivered to their respective locations the morning of the wedding right on time! They even did some extra touches at the reception hall without being asked. If you’re getting married, I would HIGHLY recommend them!

So Worth it!
Princess Weddings were so lovely to work with; planning a wedding during a pandemic was a bit of a nightmare, but they made it really easy to make changes. The flowers were so beautiful and made our day so much more special!

The best florists!!
TRULY obsessed and LOVED my wedding bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets!! Vive was just the sweetest and a pleasure to work with. She was also very responsive and so patient with my indecisiveness, which I really appreciated! So lucky to have had her create the bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages. Only thing was I realized later on I was short 2 corsages for my mom and grandma, but honestly, it wasn’t a massive deal. We didn’t complain or even worry about it, haha! I would 100% recommend Princess Weddings to create your florals for your special day! 😊 you won’t regret it.

Beautiful & Amazing Work!
Working with Princess Weddings was one of the most exciting parts of planning my wedding. Their work is so beautiful and I just knew if I hired them, I would not be disappointed. They are prompt and professional with their communication, and very considerate to your budget. They were also very accommodating when there were so many changes occurring due to COVID-19! When the location had to be changed (to a much further location, I might add), they did a site visit to ensure the decor/florals would be perfect. That act alone will never be forgotten. You can tell they love what they do, and want you to have the most perfect and beautiful day!

Ashley and her team are fantastic. We used princess weddings for our recent wedding and were blown away by the beautiful flowers and decor they provided. The flowers were so beautiful most people didn’t believe they were real! Ashley was friendly and receptive to our ideas and worked to ensure all our wedding dreams came true. If you want the wow factor in your event, you need princess weddings!
