Josephine's Floral Expressions is owned and operated by Denise Hubick-Fraser . Forty years ago, I aspired to be a florist , my parents enrolled me in a course at the Joan Johnston School of Floral Design. Afterward, I spent many years working jobs in and around the floral industry, eventually deciding to pursue my dreams and opened a flower shop. I named my shop in memory my of mother, Josephine, who loved my designs and continues to inspire me to keep doing more.
