Located in Midland, Ontario, Eastern Hemlock Florals is a company that specializes in garden inspired floral creations which are perfect for weddings and other special occasions. Owner and floral designer Stefanie Shutuc loves nature, art and of course flowers! She is passionate about sourcing quality local and seasonal products. In the summer months she harvests flowers from her own cutting gardens and sourcing local flower farmers to add that unique touch to each event.

Stef absolutely nailed our wedding flowers. Her attention to detail (the boutonnieres) and creativeness absolutely blew me away. I didn't really know much about flowers going into wedding process and as I am based outside of Canada, wasn't able to meet her during the planning process so only gave Stef some vague descriptions of my favourite flowers and a few Pinterest images and somehow she managed to exactly create what I had in mind. I definitely recommend giving Stef some creative freedom over your wedding flowers - you won't be disappointed! Thanks Stef!-

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Stef! After having a bit of upsetting situation I needed to find a new florist and was a bit lost. Stef was a pleasure to work with, she was very responsive to emails and was the only one of those I requested a quote from that sent me a proposal with visuals. She also was flexible to add some additions weeks before the wedding. She captured my vision perfectly and our venue looked amazing! -

I recently used Eastern Hemlock Florals for my July wedding and couldn’t be happier with the services Stefanie provided. I ordered my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, extra flowers for the cake as well as an amazing piece for our arbour. Everything arrived fresh and reflected the theme and colour scheme I had in mind. All of the floral arrangements were placed carefully in boxes and labelled which made it very easy for my wedding party and family to know where everything was going the day of. Stefanie was very accommodating and installed the arrangement for the arbour the morning of the wedding, which saved us from having to do anything on an already busy day. Overall, I would definitely recommend Eastern Hemlock Florals for any occasion!-

Stefanie of Eastern Hemlock Florals is not only SUPER talented she is also incredibly lovely! Full disclosure - she might be one of my very best friends but this review is not biased! She did all of the flowers for my recent wedding of 150 and they were absolutely stunning!! We got so many compliments on how gorgeous the flowers were. I should mention she also did it all while being a bridesmaid, which is a testament to her incredible organization! She took care of every little detail even adding extra little touches like small bouquets on the signing and entrance tables, and extra pins with the boutonnieres just in case. Everything was looked after without a worry.
Stefanie has amazing attention to detail and is passionate about her work. I would recommend her to all!!

Stefanie was an absolute delight to work with. From first consultation to delivery at the wedding, she was attentive, quick to respond to messages and flexible when we decided to change things around. I felt she completely understood my vision (even when I didn't) and completely respected what we were looking for, and our budget.
We ordered 5 bouquets, 10 centerpieces, 2 arrangements for the ceremony and 1 arrangement for the head table. All the flowers that arrived were beautiful, and in the style and colour theme we had discussed. Delivery went smoothly and was on time for our event.
My favourite part about the flowers were the unique elements, branches and greenery used to create a beautiful and completely individual style. I highly recommend Eastern Hemlock Florals if you're in the market for not your run of the mill arrangements! -

Amazing experience!
My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience with Stef! She was so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. She presented more budget-friendly options when we realized our initial ask was outside of our budget and answered all of my (many, many) questions to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting. She also allowed us to add on some things to our initial request.
The arrangements she made were absolutely gorgeous!!! All of our guests loved them too. They were such a special addition to our wedding. We can't thank her enough!!! -

Amazing doesn’t begin to describe my experience with Stefanie! I literally gave her my colour scheme and the vibe I was going for, and it always like she took my idea from my head and brought it to life. Stef is seriously so amazing. She went above and beyond to turn my vision to reality and I was blown away with her work. We wanted the flowers to be the focal point of our decor and they definitely were! I can't even count the number of people that commented on how stunning our flowers were. I've never met anyone so kind and generous - she made planning this aspect of our wedding from afar so easy. -

Hello! I am the face behind Eastern Hemlock Florals. I have always been in love with nature and creating which lead me to be both an Artist and a Florist. I am passionate about creating unique instalations and designs that reflect each couples vision and personalitlys. If Im not busy in the flower shop you can find me gardening, out enjoying the outdoors or behind the easel painting.
