I went yesterday to go look at dresses as my wedding is a year and more than a half away. Shannon helped me right away and was amazing and listen to what I wanted, took the time to go through a ton of dresses because I wanted to see all kinds. She was professional, funny, and so kind. It made the experience really magical for me. Right off the bat, Shannon put us into the newer large bridal suite since we were the last appointment and we were treated like royalty! The first dress I tried on ended up being the one, she knew just based off some pictures of other dresses I had shown her. I'm a plus size bride so I was a little anxious about finding a dress and even nervous for the whole experience but I'm so happy and glad I went here!! Even though she knew that the first dress was my dress, i asked to try on more just to see if it was the dress I was blown away by or the style and the poor woman dragged tons of dresses out of the changeroom! But her expertise was so well on point, she knew exactly what she was doing and I was completely confident in her abilities and knowledge. She's a genius!! I would recommend to anyone who is just looking or is wanting to buy a dress but is unsure. GO HERE! They treat you like family and want to see you happy and will do the most to make sure your experience is amazing! Just so blown away by the experience and so happy and thankful to the staff here! -

From my first bridal appointment to my "Say yes to the dress" moment, the ladies at The Gown went above and beyond to make me feel so special in my bridal era. I had Sasha as my consultant for both appointments I booked with The Gown, and she was kind, patient, informative, and so lovely during both of my visits. I ended up finding my wedding gown at the store, and have never felt more beautiful in my entire life. If you live near the Newmarket area, I would not hesitate to recommend The Gown to any bride-to-be. They will truly make it a memorable experience and you will leave feeling like a star! -

This store and staff are amazing especially our consultant Ana! She listened to my daughter's requests brought exactly those dresses and within budget. The selection of dresses is incredible and you can tell the staff love working there. THANK YOU THE GOWN! -

My consultant Emily was so amazing!! She was so fun and really paid attention to details!! I wasn’t 100% what I wanted but she worked with me and all my inspo pics and found me my dream dress!!! Couldn’t recommend enough!! -

I recently bought my dream dress from this store and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff were lovely and made my two appointments so fun and comfortable. My consultant, Ana, was so incredibly kind and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for more from a stylist!! This store also had the best selection of dresses, out of several stores I visited throughout my search. The celebration following my “yes” to the dress was such a sweet end to the day!! -

I cannot say enough about The Gown girls! Emily is absolutely amazing. She is so warm and welcoming, and really listens to what you want. She knows the inventory in and out, and is able to bring you exactly what you need to find your perfect dress. I have nothing but positive things to say about Emily and the team at The Gown, and would recommend them to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress.
I did, however, have a very negative experience with the alterations team they recommended. They are not affiliated with them so it is not a negative on anyone at The Gown, but they are one of the teams they recommend, so be careful going with Ina’s Bridal Alterations. -
