My fionce and I just had the most AMAZING experience at Stellas! Our bridal consultant Vicky treated us so well, from the moment we stepped in the door- she listened to our likes and dislikes, helped pull perfect dresses, and was just all around wonderful to work with! I've slimed it down to 2 beautiful dresses, and couldn't be happier! Thank you Stellas (and Vicky) for taking the stress out of wedding dress shopping!

On January 25, 2023 I bought and paid for my wedding dress in full and it went down from there. On Friday (2 days later) - I received a call at the end of the day and was informed by Deedee, the owner, that I was not able to order my dress due to the fact that it was no longer being made. I was told that protocol was to give 90 days notice of the discontinuance of a dress but apparently she was notified that day that my dress was not available. This all came with little apology and I was told that I could "absorb the information" and come back another day and perhaps put my money spent towards another dress. I told her I would be there the next day and then was told that the only appointment available was at 4pm - this is a bridal shop that just sold me a dress that was unavailable and one would think (or maybe I assumed) that they should bend over backwards to try to help. I was wrong. I was there the next morning shortly after they opened and demanded my money back in full BEFORE I was going to look at an alternate dress. I was refunded by the lady that originally helped me but again with no apology...and of course the owner saved face and didn't have the decency to meet me and offer additional help. NOW to top it all off, my mom and I went back to rack and what did I find? The same dress that was no longer available. I pulled it out and was met with a "whoops, nice catch - that's a mistake." Needless to say we packed up and left. Went to another shop, was teary eyed so told my story of what just happened, found a dress, and was treated like royalty. The owner of 37 years said that in all the time she's worked in bridal, this is the first she's heard of something so horrible. Do better Stella's, do better Deedee.

Stella’s was a dream. They accommodated for my 5 shopping partners to come with me, listened to my requests perfectly, and made me feel so valued. I had some not so great experiences earlier in the day and Xander specifically turned it all around. We ended up going back to purchase my mother of the bride gown there as well and were treated equally as wonderful.

I was in search of a specific wedding dress brand that is only carried (in winnipeg) at Stellas. I was a frequent visitor of the shop since my wedding isn't until November 2021 and each time, Ally and the rest of the staff were amazing and never once pressured me and dealt with me patiently while trying on almost all the dresses in the brand I was looking for and letting me know ASAP when the trunk show I was waiting for what scheduled. I finally said yes to my dress and I couldn't have been more happy with my experience so far!

The collection of dresses available at Stella’s is everything a girl could hope for. Being a plus size woman I was very nervous I wouldn’t be able to find anything to try on and was nervous I wouldn’t find a dress. I was wrong I tried on over 15 dresses the consultant also brought different styles I was not considering and surprised me with how I liked them. I found my perfect dream dress with Stella’s and would recommend them to anyone! The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable!

Loved every moment at Stella's. Every single staff member is super helpful and definitely listen to what you want/are envisioning. Can't speak highly enough of them!

I bought my dress in July at Stella's. They were incredibly helpful. They let me choose a bunch of dresses that caught my eye. Once I tried them on they thoughtfully picked out other gowns based on what I liked about the dresses I chose. I ended up with a dress I never thought I would have liked but I am so happy I found the one with their help.

Stella’s is the best place to shop for wedding and bridesmaids dresses! I had the pleasure of working with Caitlin for my shopping experience and she is so kind and attentive and made the experience very easy. All my girls loved her as well! Stella’s is the best!

They responded to message on Facebook very quickly and I was able to make an appointment efficiently. When I was there the staff was very helpful and very nice, the shop is very beautiful, clean and the staff will help you choose dresses within your price range.

Ah the wedding dress, always a classic special moment for a bride, which was my experience with Stella's Bridal. I would like to say a big thank you to Stella's Bridal for helping me find my gorgeous wedding dress! I never thought an A-line dress would be for me, as I went in looking for more mermaid style but I felt beautiful in my gown by Rebecca/Maggie Sottero. Although alternations were not cheap at Stella’s, I was very happy with the fit of my dress and straps. Gorgeous colours and selection at Stella's too, highly recommend.
