I had a scheduled appointment two weeks ago. I have severe anxiety and was quite nervous about my appointment. I had noted this in my email as I was looking for a specific colored dress. We ended up arriving 35 minutes early as we live out of town. I was so anxious I didn’t notice I was arriving early. When the lady opened the door she was extremely rude. She said can I help you? I advised I had an appointment. She said well you have the wrong place. I said I am sure I have the right location. I instantly began to have a panic attack and said I’m sure this is the right location let me check my email. The lady advised well, I can tell you right now not this location for this time as its our lunch hour. When I checked my email I realized I was 35 minutes early. I said I am sorry we will come back at 2:00 pm. As I walked away I could feel a panic attack come on. Never have I been so belittled by someone for arriving early for an appointment. I was not rude in anyway & have no idea why she treated us this way. I had no issue waiting outside until my appointment time. I was tempted to just leave all together, but did not want to miss the chance to try on the dress I had requested. I felt so un easy through the whole try on trying not to pass out, my chest was beet red. I was also given the wrong dress I had been scheduled for. I did not mind this as it was beautiful, but I have never wanted to end an appointment so quick.

I can say is true to the website is it is most definitely an unforgettable experience I will not forget. If you do choose this boutique, do NOT arrive early.

Great selection of dresses

I love how the girls helped me with choosing my wedding dress! They're so informative and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Shop

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. The intimate experience with my mom and maid of honor were impossible to find at other shops as we got a private little room. The fact they brought me dresses and I didn't have to be overwhelmed picking off the rack. The way she listened to me and we ended up finding my dress so quickly is incredible. THANK YOU!

Beautiful dresses

This location had incredibly beautiful dresses, and were very accommodating after I stupidly missed my original appointment due to a date mix up on my part. I was very excited to try on dresses there! However, my actual appointment itself was a bit lacking. I feel like the consultant was trying to get me in the most dresses possible in the shortest amount of time, and I didn't get to absorb the dresses or truly decide what I liked. I would have rather tried on 2-3 dresses and get to see how I feel than try on over 5 dresses rapidly. I wish she would have asked me how I would like to organize my time during the appointment at the beginning, and I felt a little intimidated at asking questions. There weren't really many smiles or much warmth. I also felt judged when I said my budget was around $1500, though open to more if I loved the dress. Ultimately, even though I loved one of the dresses I tried on, I didn't end up buying it just because of the appointment experience. However, they did truly have the prettiest dresses out of every shop I went to. And everyone has bad days- I think I just happened to catch my consultant on hers.

Frustrating experience

I went to pure bridal and it was not a good one, firstly she kept bringing me dresses that had full cleavage and open back when I kept teller her I did not like that style. Second we weren’t able to look around for dresses and see what they had. Two she did not know how to clip me in to the dresses properly, she told me to take off my bra which was worse because when I was trying on the dresses she clipped me in so loosely I felt so uncomfortable and was pretty much falling out of the dresses.

Great Overall Experience

The store had a great selection. They responded to my emails even after store hours. The consultant I initially had was new and very nice, but not the most helpful. I asked for another consultant, and they were very understanding. The second consultant was very knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and made finding my dress easy.

Wonderful experience.

Nothing but good things to say about the team at pure bridal. They were very professional and responsive and extremely knowledgable about all their dresses.

Amazing experience

I procrastinated a little bit on purchasing my wedding dress, when I contacted them to book a date they emailed me back saying if I could come in at an earlier date that would be so much better for me as I’m on a timeline for getting my wedding dress ordered in. I went in at an earlier date they were so welcoming when I came in I showed them the type of dresses I would want the first one we tried on I fell in love with but I got to try on about 5 others, they were quick, efficient and so helpful!! They put my dress on express shipping and it barely took a month to come in. I have my dream wedding dress and came out with a amazing experience getting it! 10/10 would suggest going there. I didn’t feel pressured, even though I knew I was on such a short timeline to get a dress in time they stuck around the budget given and stayed within the styles that I truly loved. A true positive experience and would highly recommend!

Great selection

Store was much larger than I had original thought from the storefront. There was so much selection and the girls were great at helping me find what worked with my body type and budget. Fitting rooms were also quite private so you weren’t standing in view of the whole store with your party. Highly recommend.
