I am leaving a review for Leila Haute Couture, and I cannot stress enough how furious and disappointed I am with this experience. When I ordered my wedding dress, I was explicitly told it came with sleeves, yet when it arrived, not only were the sleeves missing, but the dress itself was far too big and completely ill-fitting. This was not the dress I tried on in the store—it looked nothing like it. The material felt cheap, the quality was appalling, and it was a complete misrepresentation of what I was promised.

To make matters worse, when I brought up the missing sleeves, they had the audacity to demand $400 for small pieces of fabric to add them, even though I was told the sleeves were included. This level of greed and deception is absolutely infuriating. How can you lie so blatantly to customers about what they are purchasing, especially for something as important as a wedding dress?

This wasn’t just a mistake—it was outright dishonesty and a total lack of professionalism. I paid for the dress, took it, and walked away with the bitter decision never to deal with this store again. The lack of care, quality, and integrity in their service is astounding.

It’s unacceptable, infuriating, and deeply disappointing to be treated this way. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the heartbreak, and go somewhere that actually values their customers and delivers on their promises.

My experience was fantastic. From the minute I walked in to trying everything on to purchasing.

They took the time to listen to me and find what o really wanted which was the opposite of what I thought I wanted.

I hope the next steps will be just as painless but I am sure they will.

From the start when I reached out to them and to the dress search they made us feel welcome and never in a rush to decide on the dress. The bride's happiness was their top priority.
Loved them and if I had another daughter getting married I would go back.
Everyone in our party loved them. I would choose them over any St-Hubert bridal store.

My only complaint is the lack of follow-ups. I had to call them to ask for updates on my dress. They would say that they'd call me back after verifying but they never did. In the end, my dress did come in time and was amazing, but I did go through quite a bit of stress in the process.

Super experience. First time i went to this boutique I found my dress immediatly. The custumer service is really good.
