Horrible experience, 200 CHARACTERS isn't enough room to type all of the issues I had there, size 16 dress fits like a 10 and we are stuck with it, we have to buy another dress, very unprofessional, the staff member said she would be back went in back room and didn't even come back, they are sure to be nice and willing to help when you are spending money there though.Sent on 09/07/2018

Best shop for a dress!
I purchased by gorgeous gown a year in advance and though I had a lot of time I'm glad I made the decision to buy from there when I did! Tina was outstanding and accommodated myself and my bridal party and made us feel comfortable in the store and with the selection to choose from. Prices were reasonable and the quality was beautiful! They also sell shoes and accessories which were on the pricey side so I bought elsewhere for those, but so glad I made the choice to buy my gown from It's Your Day!Sent on 27/09/2018

My experience at It's Your Day Bridal was amazing! My experience was very personal and fun at the same time! My consultant, Kylie was amazing! She could really read my mind! Kylie was also my consultant for my bridesmaid dresses, along with my moms dress. It was so nice to have the same consultant for everyone in our bridal party. I would hands down recommend Its Your Day. The selection was huge but Kylie was able to narrow it down even when I had no idea what type of style I wanted!Sent on 08/01/2018

It's Your Day made my experience of trying on wedding dresses and purchasing my dress so fun and comfortable. Tina was very kind and accommodating to me and my family/friends. She encouraged me to try on different styles, which made me feel more confident in my final decision. She helped me to stay open-minded, and I ended up buying a dress that I never thought I would. I also purchased my veil from It's Your Day with the help of their 'first-time buying' discount, as well as my necklace and bracelet. They even recommended a seamstress who was more affordable than the in-store options, which I appreciated a lot. The sizing was as close as possible, and the dress came in incredibly quickly. My consultant Kylie was so fun and made everything so much easier. The store is beautiful, you get this huge space all to yourself and your loved ones and it makes the experience all the more special. The dressing room is perfect and the selection is amazing. I found my dream dress but couldn't buy it that day due to financial reasons. But they didn't pressure me or anything and I'm going back in a few weeks to purchase the dress and I can't wait to experience it all over again!Sent on 04/05/2017

I had an incredible experience at It's Your Day! It was my first time trying on dresses, and my consultant Tina made the process comfortable and fun. She was so knowledgeable about each and every dress I tried on and what could be done to alter things to make them perfect for me. I ended up choosing my dress on that first occasion and felt so confident (and no pressure!) in my decision because of Tina's help. Unprofessional, unethical and incredibly rude are the best ways to describe the staff at "Its Your Day." As a bridesmaid for my best friends wedding I expected picking our dresses to be a joyous occasion (as it usually is!). Its your day staff made sure that it was a nightmare. Not only did the bride have to call 4 TIMES to confirm colour and style of dress as well as the date of the wedding, bridesmaids were not told of the 100% down non-refundable deposit while ordering their dresses over the phone (as some of us live very far away). Credit cards were charged WITHOUT authorization and then were told there were no refunds...Sent on 30/11/2016
All in all the experience at this boutique was a DISASTER to say the least. Their business practices are nothing short of appalling. The aftermath of this disaster is STILL being dealt with as the boutique refuses to cooperate or be ethical in any sense of the matter. In the mean time we have ordered our dresses elsewhere and are spreading the word so no other bridal party ever has to go through what we went through with this establishment.
It's Your Day Bridal Boutique's reply:I would first like to respond that this bridesmaid called us to order her gown for her friend's wedding. She was the first of the bridesmaid's to call. She was given verbally the total amount of the gown that was going to be charged to her credit card (which was 100% of the total of the gown, as this is our policy). She then provided us with her credit card details. We did not charge her credit card with out authorization, as she called us with the order and provided us with the credit card details. Once the payment was processed, we sent the receipt to the customer via email with our terms and condition, along with the copy of the paid invoice. It was at that point, the bride changed her mind because she wanted us to order the others gowns without the full deposit. We have had this policy in place for over 5 years, as we have been left with unpaid bridesmaid dresses. These dresses are custom ordered for each customer and are required to be paid for at time of ordering. This customer should have asked for clarification at the time she provided her credit card information to us, and the total amount for the dress was given. We have in no way been unprofessional, unethical, or rude. We provided the customer the exact product at the exact price that they were quoted.
